Reinhart «managed» my residential property for 4 years as a rental unit with the same family while I was overseas and in a different state. I came back to find the landscaping had gone to pot. The renters were supposed to weed the beds, but neither they nor the Reinhart «manager» knew what a weed was. A late and cursory attempt at landscaping by Reinhart resulted in elimination of all plants in a shaded area. All that was left was soil. It will soon be mud.
The «manager» was never present when people came to work on trees for example. When I asked her why, her response was always, «I have 70 units, I do not have time.» It is not clear what she did for the $ 11,600 I paid her over 4 years. (She got $ 1000 twice for resigning of the lease with the same renters. Sweet, eh.)
The property will now take much work and money to bring back to its original state.
I highly recommend not working with Reinhart.

This is about their residential property management «service» only — Expensive, poor communication, and charged for mysterious «repairs» with no advance notice that they were needed. Don’t make my mistake.
