History

Established in 2010.

The brainchild of 3 time James Beard award nominated Chef Luciano DelSignore, Owner/Chef of Bacco Ristorante, Bigalora is Michigan’s first biga fermented napoletana pizza. The original location opened in 2010 in Southfield, MI on Franklin Road and is still in operation. The Southern Italian inspired menu focuses on the wood burning ovens which, operating at 900 degrees, creates pizzas and menu items with flavor profiles unattainable otherwise.
