Love the products, and love love love the white barn addition. They have the cutest deco you can buy along with the candles. The sales are often and great.
The only complaints I have are the constant chatter from employees. I appreciate a hello but when they won’t leave you alone and you only get away to be stopped by another employee who does the same it then asked at check out who helped you (idk the one who followed me for 25 mins?!) really makes you consider shopping online to avoid it all.
And as a frequent shopper sometimes I’ve arrived at opening and waited for 15 – 25 mins after opening for them to open the doors while staring out clearly seeing people waiting (past the opening time) to come in.
As a plus they aren’t rude about coupons like some stores and will be extremely helpful looking for product if you can’t find it.

I’m addicted to this place! The scents are amazing. They last for a few hours but I find that I need to re-​apply the body lotion regularly as they don’t last as long as my usual.
The candles are amazing. They keep my studio apartment smelling amazing with a single 3-​wick one.
The service is great & they seem to have deals every Saturday — Kind of have to prevent myself from going.

I went to the mall yesterday to get some refills for my boyfriends wall plugs, and to my surprise they opened up a White Barn connecting into their Bath and Body Works. I gravitated towards that part of the store and was warmly greeted by quite a few of the staff. I told them what I was in the market for and a wonderful sales girl (I forget her name, maybe Kelsey? I don’t know, but she was so nice) helped me pick out scents. She showed me all of the new ones and we smelled them together with a candles, she told me about the promotion that was going on, and overall was SO helpful. The décor in White Barn is so pretty, they also sell a lot of their decorations too, which I thought was so cool. Their Halloween/​Fall was very chic. Go there and check it out, it’s really vamped up BBW making it current and trendy.
