I know it’s not fair to review a business based on an experience using a Living Social coupon, so I’ll base this on the level of customer service instead.
We had an issue with a misunderstanding about the types of windows that were covered by the Living Social deal. The guys who showed up to clean the windows were friendly and professional, as was the secretary at the business when I called to follow up.
The owner, however, was incredibly rude and dismissive. I’m frankly shocked that she’s run this business for 20 years.
I’ll not be using this company in the future, and will recommend that my friends stay far away.
