I’m no thrift store expert. I’ve used it as a donation site for over a year. Each time I visit they are nice and helpful. It is not a pretty store that would compare to Target or the mall. It is a THRIFT store and that is what it looks like. We use it nearly monthly to purge items we no longer need as we work to minimize how much«stuff» we have, Seems to have a ton of clothes and some household items. Your experience may vary, mine have been positive. Again, I tend to be dropping things off and not a shopper so my perspective is more on that end. I do like to scan the store as I’m always looking for unique items.

This is an amazingly horrible store. I go to Salvation Army stores across the entire state and everywhere else I go. This store is uncomfortable, without ANY sense of professional behavior, and absolutely no interest in customer service. It seems like various people who work there bring their friends in to make a few extra bucks. The manager, «Bridgette,» is surly, rude, unhelpful, and uninterested. I really cannot believe that she could be a manager, given the way she talks to other employees there. The result was a very uncomfortable and unrewarding experience in a poorly-run location. Yes, I know it’s Salvation Army, but still it is a business, and I spent a good amount of money in the store. But even so, the feeling I got from Bridgette is that she would have preferred it if I didn’t bother, as she had so much to do in the back room. She would not even help me get anything to carry my(large) purchase out to the car(although another very nice employee felt sorry enough for me to finally find a box for me.) The atmosphere is VERY unwelcoming. If there is a question about price, Bridgette will be happy to charge you the highest possible price she can get away with. If you need any assistance, Bridgette will tell the employees that they need to take care of other things first. Very unpleasant. I like Salvation Army stores. But customers in this store are treated like they are hassles and intrusions. Seemingly led by the store manager(as she told me), Bridgette. I will NEVER go there again.
