History

Established in 1993.

RE/​MAX Opportunities was started in 1993 by Mike and Joyce Haws of Ogden and Ankeny, Iowa. It was eventually owned by Marge Houser and Deb Terrell who sold it to Dennis Liberty and Stephanie VanDerKamp in 2004. Dennis Liberty and Stephanie VanDerKamp are the current Broker/​Owners.

I have been with RE/​MAX Opportunities since 1995 when I originally managed the office and handled all of the real estate closings. While I no longer handle the day-​to-​day closings, I am active as one of the Broker/​Owners in the management of our wonderful Staff and Agents to ensure that we are compliant with real estate law, maintain efficient work processes and remain knowledgeable on the technology available to the real estate professional and our clients.

Real estate has been a great platform for helping others to achieve their dreams and a rewarding career both personally and professionally. My business partner is Dennis Liberty of Ankeny, Iowa.
