At Optimal Health we look at you as a member of our family, not just another number. From our experience people are pushed through doctor’s offices not getting any education of what is actually going on and what is going to be done to correct it. Our number one goal at Optimal Health is to educate you so that you will have an understanding of your body and what can be done to help with your pain/​dysfunction.

Meet the Business Owner

Olé O.

Business Owner

Dr. Olé Olson grew up in Iowa playing sports and lifting weights. He began taking an interest in the interaction of nutrition in sports performance and knew that he would like to help people in some way. After high school he attended the University of Northern Iowa where he continued to learn about the body where he received a BA in Athletic Training and helped assess, treat, manage, and prevent sports injuries with the student athletes. After UNI he attended National University of Health Sciences where he received a BS in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. It was here where Dr. Olson realized how unique and amazing the human body is and began to look for new ways to approach treatment with his patients to get the very best results.
