LOF-Xpress Oil Change

Very awesome place! I had never seen anything like this before in my life, it is literally an express oil change location with great customer service and a professional business with all the latest technology!
We always receive multiple coupons from this place which makes it worth coming everytime! You pull up to the entrance and enter what type of service you want. Once you pull into the bay, they gather all your information and let you just stay in your car! (What?! I know!) The oil change and whatever service you add on is extremely fast! (They literally have a large timer that begins when you pull up and they strive to get you out at fast as possible) I believe everything took less than 10 minutes, which was amazing!
They also have a spot to self service fill your tires. (These were high tech air pumps that lets you know when its done, neat!) Overall, we would be coming back all the time!

This process can at first be confusing. Then once I knew what to do it was easy. You pull up like a car wash system, then a lovely lady asks you a series of questions until you know what oil change you want. You pull up to the stall and wait. They said 10 – 15 minutes and I waited 5. This is a Saturday so at any other place you’d wait hours. Once they hailed me into place it was brief. I could’ve waited in my car but I got the full service. Here (since I was a new customer) they took down my information. Typical what is you name and address type thing. Once I pulled in a nice gentleman guided me to the «awesome lounge». It was awesome. Coffee, tea, water, and all you wanted for free. He pointed to the bathrooms, which we all need. I went to take a pee and this bathroom was great. Clean and ready to go. A bathroom, in which, you could could poop in and enjoy comfort. I can’t apply a full bathroom review because I never dropped a duece there and can’t verify the toilet paper. Given that I knew Iowa was playing that day so I would be boozing that night I decided to stay near the water cooler in order to hydrate. The lounge had enough tvs to rival a Buffalo Wild Wings. I waited and hydrated until the guy to come out and tell me what is wrong with my car. I had gone way over my mileage for an oil change so I was a bit frightened. He told me all was good except my back breaks. What makes it cool is he wasn’t pushing on me to get stuff changed. «You could do it next time» is stuff he said. But I want to take care of me car so I said f#ck it lets do it. 15 minutes later I’m paying and on my way. This place is so awesome I want to get my oil changed weekly.

This is a very innovative way of doing things and the communication you receive from the technicians is far beyond what you get from the chain stores. I was greeted by friendly people, was well informed of what was going on, and was out in less than 10 minutes from when I pulled in. This place is more than a step above and I highly reccommend anyone in need of an oil change check it out.

This place is pretty darn awesome. I had never been to a shop like this and usually during an oil change I have to get out of the car and wait maybe 30 min in a dingy little back office while they go about their work. Not in this place! The setup is awesome. You pull up and its like a drive through, you can pick the different options that you want for your oil change and if you go early in the morning its only $ 26.
You pull in to the bay and you stay in your car. The oil change takes 5 min! They show you your oil before the change and after and even offer you hot chocolate or coffee while you are in your vehicle. They also check for fluid leaks below your car.
The staff is friendly and professional. You can tell they are well trained. I appreciate this business and will be back over and over again. Highly recommended!

I had a a wonderful first experience here! My technician Matt was very personable and educated me about the oil change process! It only took about 10 minutes. He kept saying, «it will be shorter next time since we had to get you in our system!» Wow it was defiantly the shortest oil change I’ve ever had! Price point is about the going rate. 35 for the good rate, 45 for the better, 75 for the best and so on and so forth. They have an early bird special m-​f from 6am-​8am that is 8 bucks off an oil change as well as Unilocal check in discount! I will be back for my next oil change!
