History

Established in 2006.

In 2006 Lala Todorovic started her vision of Salon LaLa and built up a base of dedicated and loyal clients. After several years, she decided to sell the salon so she could relocate out of state. In January 2016, Tyson & Steven took ownership under the name LaLa Salon & Spa. As the third owners of this thriving salon, Tyson & Steven are dedicated to top notch service, community relations, and continuing to be Ankeny’s premier salon and spa!

Business Owner

Tyson has been in the salon industry since 2005. He attended Xenon Cosmetology and Esthetics Academy where he quickly developed a passion for women’s cutting and coloring. After school he continued his quest to become a top notch color specialist by becoming a certified color educator with Aveda. In addition to his Aveda training and certification, Tyson attended the Aquage Masterclass Academy where he was able to train with the top stylists in our industry. Tyson also expanded his knowledge base by becoming a certified Hotheads Extension Educator. His passion to create a custom look for each of his clients drives him to continuous education in all new areas of the salon industry to be the most versatile stylist and owner.
