JR Real Estate is made up of the father-​son team of James and Russ Lockamy.

James has been in the real estate business for more than 25 years. In that time, he has seen just about anything you can imagine. His intuition and experience is the backbone that holds JR Real Estate together.

Russ Lockamy deals with the brokerage side of the business. A Realtor for over 6 years, Russ helped buyers and sellers attain their dream of owning a home while going to school and eventually graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Campbell University in 2011. Shortly thereafter, he started JR Real Estate to bring excellence in real estate services by using the Golden Rule as a standard of care to the people of North Carolina. As well as being licensed in North and South Carolina, Russ is a member of the Harnett Area Board of Realtors, the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, and the Triangle MLS.
