History

Established in 1995.

Smoke Signals was started by Mason White in Jackson, California, in the historic Ratto Theatre building, no longer there due to fire. It was originally a cigar store and indoor events venue, later combined with Americas Handcrafts in Murphys, California, and subsequently moved to Angels Camp fifteen years ago.

Dwight is «salt of the earth». Just a great guy and runs a fantastic business. Personalized service (remembers your taste and preferences), pricing, follow up, etc. Any business that is run like this would be unbelievably successful. I live in the bay area but give ALL my business to Smoke Signals.

Great little cigar shop! Dwight is a really cool guy to talk to as he really knows his stuff when it comes to cigars, unlike most of the tobacco shops in my area. It is definitely worth the trip over to Angels and will now be my go-​to shop.

Dwight knows things about cigars!
If he doesn’t have it in stock, he can get it! His prices are great and the walk-​in humidor is large enough to carry a great selection. Also, if you need help with your «March Madness» bracket, you’re going to want to stop in and talk to him. He is a college sports fanatic!!!
