Specialties
We specialize in coffee and beignets. We make all our sauces from scratch and we use almost 100% organic produce. We recently added a full breakfast and by this winter we will have all sorts of breakfast dishes.
While being a coffeeshop was our plan, everyone wanted burgers. We very quickly became a popular lunch spot, serving salads, green chili stew, burgers, and hand battered chicken strips. A few weeks ago we hired a chef who makes tex mex for our dinners Friday-Monday
History
Established in 2015.
We are a *brand new* eatery here in the Angel Fire area. Our open date was May 20! So far so good, we’re having a great time serving our locals and tourists alike.

Our family moved to Angel Fire after falling in love with the area during a snowboarding vacation. We bought a house on day four and have been enjoying our time here immensely.
