Specialties
Palmers has a wide range of offerings with Lunch, Dinner and Tavern Menus available. Chef Ingalls is passionate about his seafood offerings being an avid fisherman himself. When it comes to the steak menu, Palmers is also very selective in buying only the best cuts available.
Aside from the Main Dining Room on the second floor, Palmers has two other smaller dining rooms with fireplalces available for Private Parties.
The Function Coordinator, Lisa Freitas is available to assist with reservations and menu selections.
History
Established in 1988.
Palmers Restaurant opened in April 1988 as a small upscale eatery in Swampscott, Massachusetts. The restaurant quickly became a North Shore favorite receiving recognition and awards from Boston Globe, Zagat Reveiws and local publications.
In 1995, Chef/Owner, John Ingalls, relocated the restaurant to its current site in Andover– as Palmers Restaurant & Tavern.
He continues the tradition of the finest food and service in this historic 18 Elm Street building, along with his talented an passionate Sous Chefs, Tina Marzolini and Mark Stout.
