Drivers License Examining Stations

i went in, was given a number ticket, and 4 minutes later was called! Then the lady that helped me was fast and efficient. great experience!

Wow super impressed with the new set up! Sat down once checked in and my phone number was called and got a text!
In and out in less then 6 minutes!

While waiting in the lobby at Andover DMV, I heard several employees say, oh look and start laughing. It caught the attention of everyone in waiting area, and we looked outside. A car with 4 Indian men was standing outside of the car.
What was so funny? As an American it was humiliating to hear such childish behavior. Not one person who was working told anyone who was laughing to stop it.
If people can prove they have the right to drive and pass the test, just do your job. No one needs to witness your racism.

Absolutely the worst DMV I’ve ever been to. Don’t expect to go early and try to beat the crowds unless your a 3 A.M. morning bird. At exactly 7:00 there’s this insane rush of people trying to get in the door and make «digital appointments» at the same time. Unless you can afford to take a day off work or are lucky enough to sneak yourself in the online appointment list, I would just take your chances with the ticket. Where are our elected officials on this one? If they’re working at the same pace as the DMV clerks, which is half the speed of smell, it’s no wonder this is even an issue. Too few DMV’s and these offices are closed on Mondays! Oh, better hope it isn’t summer either, or every child in Kansas is getting their first license.
