History

Established in 2010.

In 2010, Creative Additions Plus was born. Randy took all of his experiences and skills he had learned since his days pushing a broom and created a company that has the ability and knowledge to handle any job. From the creation of an idea to the finished product, Randy can be found walking the customers through every detail. His emphasis on communication with the customer is key in creating an atmosphere that is conducive for both parties involved in the process.

Since 1976 Creative Additions Plus’ Owner and CEO, Randy Goltz has been working in all facets of the construction world. Beginning with his Family’s construction business in 1976, Randy learned how to be successful from the beginning. Then from 1993 until 1996 Randy worked in the Framing business, where his construction skills became even more extensive. From 1996 until 1999 Randy pooled his knowledge and resources and became a new home builder. In 1999 Randy moved his focus to Home Remodeling. Joining back up with his family business, Randy set the wheels in motion for Creative Additions Plus. In 2008 Randy began to acquire and manage properties all over the United States, from large apartment buildings to residential homes, he became even more knowledgeable in the extensive field of construction and property management.
