BW Portrait Art is a portrait photography and art studio located in Andover, MN.

We strive to create one of a kind artistic images with our storytelling weddings, contemporary high school senior portraits, intimate relationship and family portraits, and our unique artist enhanced photographic artwork.

History

Established in 2002.

Created in 2002 as Brady Whitcomb Photography in Albert Lea, MN.

In 2006, changing to BW Portrait Art, the studio moved to the Twin Cities Metro area at it’s current location in Andover, MN.

Since I was very young, I have been a creative person. That drive to create brought me to my formal education as an artist. I studied art at both St. Olaf College and the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, receiving a degree in studio art. With this experience and education, I opened my first portrait studio in 2002. The creation of BW Portrait Art in 2006 allowed me to provide photographic portrait services, and to create original portrait artwork for my clients. It also gave me a location to create and display my illustrative artworks.
