Im a fan of wendys, so the food isnt taken into account, simply the lack of supervision of employees and how it relates to good customer service.

For many years I have truly been a fan of Wendy’s. The burgers used to be meaty and juicy. Things seemed to have changed at least at this location.
The double with cheese I had today was the worst burger I’ve ever eaten. The meat was flat, salty, and greasy. It was not the «juicy» delicious burger for which Wendy’s is well-​known.
The fries were overly salty, greasy, and as crisp as a wet noodle. Disgusting.
I will mark this up as a one time bad experience, but I am now in no hurry to return to Wendy’s.
On a positive note, the lobby was clean, there was nice music playing at an appropriate level, and the cashier was friendly and welcoming. There is also free wifi.
