The Cotton Gin Bed and Breakfast, Anderson, SC, is in close proximity to Clemson University, Furman University, and Anderson University. Charmingly rustic, this converted, nearly 200 year old home offers 2 bedrooms to lodgers.

The large, tastefully furnished Blue Room has a Queen bed, a sitting room with television, and an ensuite bath with steam option, at $ 175.

The Red Room has twin beds, and an adjacent bath with a clawfoot tub, at 145.

The Cotton Gin provides to all its guests:

Business Owner

Avid sailor, fly fisherman and foodie, he purchased this nearly 200 year old property in 2004, and, spent 2005 – 2006 renovating it. Realizing its potential from reactions to its charm, he decided to open a B and B that would utilize all his passions. With innate southern gentility and hospitality, he has succeeded.
