Business Owner

Steven M. Krause was recently recognized by Best Lawyers as the 2014 Lawyer of the Year — Greenville for his work representing plaintiffs in Personal Injury Litigation. He is AV rated by Martindale-​Hubbell and has been selected by Super Lawyers since 2008. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1978 and practices in all Federal and State Courts, and Administrative Tribunals.

Mr. Krause represents clients in personal injury, workers compensation, truck and auto wrecks, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and criminal defense.

He is a member of The Commission on Lawyer Conduct for the Supreme Court of South Carolina and has served on the Judicial Qualifications Committee for the South Carolina Bar Association (2002 – 2005; Chairman, 2003 – 2005). Mr. Krause is also a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the Anderson County Bar Association and the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, where he served as President from 1995 through 1996.
