History

Established in 2006.

It was July of 2006 and Steve Martin, living in Thomasville, NC, had his family’s 30,000 sq foot warehouse in Anderson, SC completely empty and needing a new tenant. Steve’s wife, daughter, and son all had experience in the furniture showrooms in nearby High Point and Steve noticed the great buys that seemed to be available at certain times of the year. He also noticed that friends and neighbors in Thomasville/​High Point area seemed to have gorgeous, high quality furniture that they never paid retail prices for. An idea was born — why not take High Point showroom product, the latest and greatest designs — to Anderson and sell it in a very low-​overhead environment to Upstate South Carolinians.
