Actually Coopers Café has been around for over 40+ years, we just happen to move to the Great Little Town of Anderson, Mo. in 2011, the original Coopers Café was started in Seneca Mo. a family member still owns a café in Seneca «Mama’s Place»

Kathy and I have been in the restaurant business most of our lives, Kathy actually started working at Coopers Café her Aunt opened in Seneca Mo. over 40 years ago, it’s been in their family ever since, her brother still has a café in Seneca! I started working when I was 14 at Pizza Hut in Phoenix Az. then managed Pizza Huts in NW Arkansas for years!

This is the epitome of a small town burger joint. The options were unique and different than any other café I’ve ever been to. With options like the Popper Burger — which is a pepperjack cheeseburger with jalapeño poppers inside — to the pizza burger which is basically a pizza in a bun. Very delicious food and very friendly service. It was worth the pit stop!

Great burgers and service. Been a few times while in town for work and its a nice surprise. Cheese burger with bacon is on point and has lots of flavor. Pretty cool menu. I want to return for the grilled cheese burger.

We visited Cooper’s Café on our way home from a weekend float trip. We had 13 people in our party but were still seated and served quickly.
The food was awesome and cheap. A meal that would have cost us $ 25 in KC ended up costing only $ 20 (after tips).
