History

Established in 1986.

Cascade Comfort Service, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Randy & Janet Downey in Redding California. Starting out as a heating and air conditioning service company Cascade Comfort Service quickly grew into a full service HVAC contractor to meet the needs of our customers and community. As our company expanded, taking on construction projects from the California/Oregon border to the Sacramento area we have been fortunate enough to be part of the growth in beautiful Northern California. In 2001 Cascade Comfort Service turned over the reins of ownership to Andrew Dempsey & Rick Boudro. Today, owners Andrew & Rick continue to operate Cascade Comfort Service with the same integrity and values as set forth by our founders.

Cascade Comfort Service, Inc. is proud to be partnered with Bryant HVAC equipment as a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer and achieving 100% customer satisfaction for years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Hello my name is Andrew Dempsey, co-owner of Cascade Comfort service. After graduating high school I spent a summer working for a HVAC contractor in Seattle. When the summer job ended, I enlisted in the USAF, upon my completion in the military I returned to Seattle and enrolled in the HVAC program at North Seattle Community College. I worked in the Seattle area for two major contractors and in 2000 I took a job in Redding and move my family to CA. March 2001, myself and Rick, purchased Cascade Comfort Service.

Hello I’m Rick Boudro, co-owner of Cascade Comfort Service. After graduating from a local high school, I worked in the construction industry for a few years. After getting married and having two children, I decided I needed a job where I would be home every night. I went to our local college and found a trade school in Arizona for HVAC service technicians. Upon graduation I returned back to Redding and worked for a local contractor. In 2001, I purchased Cascade Comfort Service
