Established in 2013.

Opened in November 2013 to help grow the craft beer and home brewing movement in Anderson. The rustic and comfortable atmosphere was designed to provide a complete craft beer experience. 11 taps for pints, half pints, flights or growlers and 100s of bottles/​can choices to enjoy in store or take out.

Business Owner

Chief Beer Officer, Matt Herriott, has been a craft beer enthusiast for many years. He is a certified Advanced Home Brewer by the Seibel Institute. In 2013 Matt decided to move from Charleston SC and transition his hobby and passion to a full time job in creating and operating ABV, a truly unique and complete craft beer experience in Anderson SC. Matt is also co-​owner of a second store BREWS on the Alley in downtown Seneca SC. BREWS opened in December 2015.
