History

Established in 1999.

Versatile Building Products was started in 1999 with a fiberglass deck coating system. As the company grew we added R&D chemists to develop decorative floor coatings to go over concrete. Our R&D team introduced our Epoxy Flooring line in 2001 and that has evolved into our Roll on Rock® Epoxy Floor Coating System that uses 4195 Epoxy that «Wicks Deep into the Concrete» for a bond that is upto 3x stronger than normal epoxy floor coatings. This part of our product line has grown tremendously with more than 10,000,000 sq ft of it being applied in 2015. This growth has been due to the incredible adhesion and ease of applying the product along with an affordable price of about $ 1 per sq ft for a full broadcast system with a Polyaspartic Topcoat finish. Offering free shipping and being able to ship product the same day as the order has also been a big benefit to our customers. Lastly, we have a great seasoned technical staff available to handle questions that come up.

Meet the Manager

Jimmy M.

Manager

Jimmy is our Sales Manager and he oversees the technical sales department. Jimmy was a long time customer (he was the owner of a floor coating installation company) before he joined Versatile Building Products in 2010. Jimmy brought a wealth of application knowledge to his position due to the many years of being in the coatings industry. Jimmy is passionate about our industry and he guides our monthly training classes each month.
