Really disappointed in my experience. Just wanted a build because I’m not very good at that yet. So I turn to the professionals who weren’t so professional. The guy working the bar had the worst attitude when he talked, he was worse than a girl giving you attitude. He was full of tattoos that probably made him feel tough. After my service was done I just took my things and left. For his attitude problems he was so hung up on himself and his buddies that he forgot his battery in my pen. Don’t recommend this place if your just wanting to browse around or new like me to the building thing.

Was @ the shop in March. The shop is inside of a head shop. Awsome, I can get both things I love most. Next time I go to Southern Cali, I will be back.

Just literally called a minute ago looking for an eleaf istick 50 watts and guy told me it was $ 100! Haha, that is over 40% more than the normal price range for that. One Unilocaler review here was right, OVERPRICED!

I was told about this place by a friend, decided to give them a go.
Keep in mind I live on Toronto canada, I should have known that these guys lack in customer service from the first email I received in response to me asking them to ship juice.
I placed my order which come out to 180 to 200 dollars for juice. I paid the 25 for shipping.
I had to wait about 3 days for them to reply to me about my order being shipped, then I waited another few days for the tracking number.
My package was labelled incorrectly and I still have not received it. After about a month of waiting patiently I decided to email the owners Moe and Ali, I believe it was Moe that said there is nothing I can do for you.
I replied to him and asked for a refund since I have not received anything as of yet. And also told him I will gladly re pay when I do. He proceeded to tell me there’s nothing he can do and it’s out of his hands.
It blows my mind how an owner of a store like this does not give a shit.
After a few emails back and forth I gave up and told them to keep the money and the juice. That’s how upset and fed up I was.
Vape stores like this do not deserve any stars. I wish I can give them a negative star.
It is what it is, a lesson learned I got ripped off.
They were paid and I was left with nothing in my hands.
I will never ever deal with these guys again.
I have already started spreading the word about the poor customer service at this place in the Vape community here in Toronto.

This place sucks gonorrhea and syphilis infested monkey balls. This place is half a clothing store and half a vape shop. Like come on, stick to one thing or the other. The vape selection is pretty pathetic and they hardly carry any authentics. When I had walked up I was not greeted. I stood there as the staff jerked off their loser friends and waited for them to bukkake eachother. They had over priced the atty that I wanted. This atty was previously used but he «assured me» that it was not used. I had finally beaten him down to the price the atty should have been and purchased it. This place is probably one of the worst shops I have come across and I will never return. The only reason why I had purchased the atty was because the other 40 shops I had called did not have it. I cannot tell you how much I want to see this place fail because of their poor customer service, their poor maintenance on their inventory, and their poor selection. The place was also very hard to find. The sign above read something along the lines of «musical instruments» I did not find any musical instruments probably because the staff shoved them up their ass. This is why I gave this shop a ¹⁄₅. This place is the biggest pile of shit that daddy had bought them.
NOTE: The 5 Star reviews are from the staff and their friends that I had mentioned were jerking each other silly.

I was highly disappointed with my experience at Vape Plus. When I went to purchase my first mod, the Akuma, I drove from south OC to north OC because they had the mod that I wanted. The guy was very helpful and nice. I ended up spending $ 170, which was more than anticipated, but he made me feel that it was worth it.
However, when I returned less than a month later because my mod had malfunctioned and the magnets had moved to a place where they couldn’t be extracted, it was not the guy working who helped me… it was a customer who spent the time trying to fix it. After about 30 minutes of trying to get this magnet out and determining that it wasn’t possible… the employee didn’t offer a refund, replacement part, credit or anything but a mere shrug and a weak apology.
I also found out from the customer helping me that I could get the same mod for half the price of a particular website.
I was really upset that I had spent so much money for a mod that didn’t even last a month. I will never go back to this place.

Great new vape spot!!! They have excellent merchandise, great variety from starter kits to top of line mechanical mods. They have a really good selection of juices, juices that are different from other OC vape shops. The staff is very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. It’s a cool spot to come and check out, lounge and vape!!!
