Specialties
We use a hybrid method of training to customize a program that gets maximum results, even if you have failed at every other program in the past.
History
Established in 2010.
In June of 2009 Geoff took that leap of faith created what is now Train Insane Gym. In just less than a year Train Insane grew from 1 member to over 100 members. All with one goal in mind, get EVERY member excellent results. Helping every member achieve their fitness goals is something we take great pride in and will go to any length to ensure it happens!
Meet the Business Owner
Geoff E.
Business Owner
After graduating Geoff took a 4 month internship with the Washington Redskins as an assistant to the head strength coach John Hastings. It was there that Geoff learned how to implement the knowledge that he had retained from school. Learning how the coaches programmed the workouts to achieve each athletes goals is what gave him the idea for Train Insane. Taking the principles used by professional athletes, and modifying them for the average Joe or Jane.
After returning home from Virginia, Geoff began to put together the program that is now implemented at Train Insane Gym. It was not until Aaron was added to the team, that Train Insane really came to life. Since then the program has grown from 5 to over 100 members in only 9 months time. And as you can see from the before and after pictures, we’re not done yet!
