A little difficult to find, but once your there, you can expect the best service.

Needed two new watch batteries and didn’t want to pay jewelry store prices so I turned to Unilocal and found this place not too far from home. The knowledgeable, professional and helpful proprietor of this shop was wonderful. Only charged me $ 5 for battery and installation per watch and I was good to go in just a few minutes. I would definitely recommend!

Took in 3 watches for battery replacement. Process took less than 10 minutes. Great customer service.

A+++++ Great service! I have been trying for months to get my watch stem repaired/​replaced. 4 other watch repair places said it wasn’t worth it and were unwilling. I was lucky to find these nice gentlemen who fixed it in a very quick amount of time and were very polite. They didn’t make me feel like my watch was not worthy of their time, they were very respectful and nice. I will come back to them for batteries and other watch needs. I marked the prices as moderate but they are reasonable for his skill and time-​mine was a super specialty fix. I do not know yet what they charge for batteries but I bet it is a god price. THANKS!

We got a few watches resized here and the owners were very pleasant, efficient, and the prices were great. I would recommend this shop!

Came here as it was the closest watch repair shop to my home, advertised on Unilocal.
Walking into the Swamp Meet it turns out there are several Jewelers offering watch repair, but I arrived based on Tic Tak’s reviews so I continued to pursue their business.
Reviews were overall positive with the exception of one, which I have mixed feelings about.
Anyhow, I needed batteries replaced on two quartz watches. I was quickly approached and taken care. My watches were back to ticking and tuned with the correct time/​dates under 10 minutes. Each watch was individually placed in separate plastic bags to take home. Little details like this make me happy.
At only $ 7 per battery + replacement it’s a deal that can’t be beat.
These gentleman have been servicing watches for 26 years.
24 years at the Pico de Vera Swapmeet [now closed] and 2 years currently at the Anaheim Indoor Swapmeet.

Located in the Anaheim Indoor Swapmeet, this place is excellent. Went in for a battery replacement, and was taken care of quickly with a friendly attitude. Good people selling watches and doing watch repair for a decent price… what more can I say?

Very nice watches collection with a very attractive prices, I would definitely recommend this place not only for the amazing collection they have, but for the very kind, nice, polite treatment and service I got, they fixed my watch and when I came back to pick it up I was surprised that the gentleman cleaned up my watch and it looked really different like a new watch and he didn’t even charge me for it, I felt so happy and special it was a very kind of them.

I have been told about this store that the owner has a long time experience, so I decided to take my watch that stopped working for couple of months and i got my watch fixed finally after trying so many other stores, I was really so happy and satisfied the way they served me, very kind respectful ppl, and by the time they were fixing my watch I took around to the nice collection they had and was surprised to find my favourite brand a Michael kors watch which I got it for a very GD price, I would highly recommend this place for their nice service and beautiful watches collection

If I could give a big fat zero, I would. I came in, 2 men (pop and son? Middle-​ish eastern), son manned the counter while pop worked. I went in for the «crystal» (plastic) to be replaced on my watch and was told it’d be $ 15. (Cool, I had no idea how to, but it’s pretty simple-​since I have a kit, I’m going to do it myself!-oh the old man cut himself) Soooo I went ahead and did it. When I got my watch back, the fool scratched it in 3 places on the face!!! I was beyond livid, but since they wouldn’t have been able to replace my watch, I just left furious and decided to write this :):) so be careful if you go here.
Also, the son kept bugging me with small talk and conversation. Literally, I’d walk to the other side of the store just to get away from him and he followed (after I said oh, I’m just looking). He also really tried to sell his items. Made me (at the expense of being rude) look at his products and how some of them worked. I didn’t care for it.
Overall very unhappy and will NEVER go here again. As far as recommendation? I’d recommend no one come here.

I came here to get a battery replaced on my watch and the owner is so fast! Also he has an amazing selection of watches. I highly recommend it because all the watches are super cheap and good quality.
