Have given this place 2 tries. Just moved to the neighborhood and am in search of a clean and professional nail place. Price is no issue. The first time was ok. Nothing special, but no complaints. The second time was terrible. I had an appt and had to wait 22 minutes. Then they gave me some silly excuse. The rushed manicure was a total joke. Very messy application of the polish. I can do way better. I removed it the next day. That’s how bad it was. AND I really was annoyed with the owner/​manager who was trying to upsell me to gel. I told her no, that I was trying to take a break from gel. And after making me wait, and saying I was now in a rush, how was that in any way appropriate? Completely unprofessional. Will never return. Gave it 2 stars, since the first time there was ok.

I really enjoy every time I go to get my gel manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere is great but the staff is wonderful ! Everyone is friendly and you feel very relaxed and at home. The prices are very good but the attention to detail is why I continue to give them my business. I won’t go anywhere else.

So I’ve been here before and I even left a good review or tip. My daughter and I have been coming here since we moved to the area in June. I’m usually happy with my experience here, well for nails at least, I did get a skin tag ripped off during an under arm waxing but i still came back because I really liked the lady that did my nails even though I can’t remember her name. Anyways I came in to get my nails done but unfortunately this time I was so dissatisfied with the outcome and the women working on my nails. She was so rude literally would not give me what I wanted, everything I asked for they either didn’t have or wouldn’t do I asked for short nails I got long I asked for a completely different color than what they had to give me and i was still ok with it, but what really pissed me off was the fact that as I’m standing there paying 150 $, the women is standing there complaining about me to the owner as I watch her talk about me she notices and says to me, you can come in and get the color changed. Like ok after you are clearly talking about me and you didn’t give me anything I wanted! I ended up with nails that look like stripper nails and I’m sorry that’s not the look I was going for today. On top of that the owner wouldn’t give my daughter the color she wanted and kept telling her it was too old for her. I want my daughter to be confident and know what she wants and not let people talk her out of the things that she likes. If she likes brown let her get brown not every little girls wants blue nails!!!

I heard about this place from Facebook and read all the reviews. I’ve been there 2 times so far and plan on using them again. Everyone is super friendly and the prices seem pretty fair.

Best nail salon in Anaheim Hills! They take their time and give the best pedis ever! My gel nails were done to perfection! A must try!

Great pedicure today. The lady really took her time and the massage was fabulous. Also there was no wait! I’ll be back!

They did a great job on my gel pedicure. It has lasted for over a month without a single chip. The place was able to accommodate me right when I walked in. However towards the end of it they pulled the girl doing my pedicure to start on someone else and the manager or owner finished up in quite a rush. Just kind of odd and I would have preferred the original girl to finish. I felt rushed at the end.

Great customer service. Beautiful and updated spa chairs. New salon! They even have a rockstar and princess chair for little children.

This was my second time coming here getting 1 adult mani pedi & 1 child as well: child pricing really reasonable especially since it’s a full service (soak, massage, lotion, cuticle trim) $ 22 along with the amazing child chairs! Their gel polish literally lasted me 3 weeks on the dot for my acrylics. It’s the new brand that’s out, not opi or orally it’s called ezflow trugel I think. Also, they paint all the way up to the top of the nail & cuticle so I never have to complain to paint all the way up. I hate getting gel at some places & the finished paint job looks like I am already a week through of growth. I appreciate they do a good paint job.

Misleading 30% discount supposedly expired ¹⁰⁄₂₃ but still Cover Photo on FB page with NO expiration date. I was already there so decided to give it a try. I told the manager I wanted a basic mani/​pedi with gel but ended up with a more expensive package because I didn’t realize the price sheet was «additional services». I saw $ 30 and said that’s the one I wanted but found out it was extra when I went to pay. The manager did waive the extra $ 10 charge because she knew I clearly only wanted the basic. The employees were friendly and seemed to do a good job. I was disappointed that 3 of my nails had chipped by the 5^th day so I had to pay more money to have the gel removed at a different salon. I won’t be going back.

I was so incredibly disappointed with my first experience at this nail salon. I had heard great reviews online within a Facebook forum but my experience made it seem like those reviews weren’t as truthful.
As soon as I walked in, I was rushed to select a color. This is somewhat normal for many salons but not for one that has been open for barely a month. My sister had been in during their 30% off promotion. She knew that my mom and I had wanted to try it out so she made sure to ask the «owner» when the deal was expiring. Two weeks ago, the woman said the deal would end at the end of the month. When we walked in today, she told us that the deal expired on the 23^rd. She did end up giving 10% discount only because this woman now claimed to only be the manager and not the owner as she had previously stated. Hmm…
***11/​10 Update: The owner, Michael Ho is a member of the social media group I previously mentioned in my review. His wife is pictured in his profile picture and she happens to be the SAME woman that claimed to be the owner one day and then the manager 3 weeks later. She is also the SAME woman that did my acrylics and couldn’t complete the simple design.***
The ladies working were incredibly nice and we enjoyed their conversation. The lady doing my pedicure was sweet and gave an epic callus scrub. Two thumbs up for Nancy! She kept checking on how I was doing and asking if the water for my pedicure was OK. The Look manager/​owner gave us such a bad experience that even Nancy can’t pull them to a higher rating.
I asked the owner/​manager for some nail art designs since they don’t have photos here on Unilocal.She said that she could do anything as long as I could provide a photo. I went with something simple– no lines, no drawing, no flowers etc. I asked if she could do glitter at the top of my nail and a regular color at the bottom– almost like a reverse French manicure but with colors. Once she painted the solid color, she informed me that she couldn’t do the design and said that ombré would be better for her to do. Ok… She didn’t even let the color dry so instead of a clean glitter design on my nail, there’s glitter from top to bottom and now my nails look like they belong to a lady of the night. Wonderful.
Once checking out, our bills came out much much higher. The lowest price for a pedicure on the sheet given to you at the chair is $ 30 (just a pedicure) but they do have lower prices. It was pretty misleading because we told the owner/​manager that we wanted the $ 30 mani pedi combo with gel. Somehow they wanted to charge us $ 30 for just the pedicure. We felt like someone did a switcharoo.
At checkout, the manager/​owner kept telling us not to feel bad. Huh? Why would we feel bad? She ended the deal early, lied that she wasn’t the owner, lied that she could do a design when she really can’t, and then led us astray with the prices. NEVER going back. I’ll stick with Bella Nail Salon in Brea!

This place is right down the street from my office. Decided to give it a try.
Have been here 2x now. Always a lovely experience and Helen does a great Manicure.
The staff is super friendly and the salon is EXTREMELY sanitary.

I had Kaylee and she was so sweet. Everyone speaks very clearly and they don’t pressure you to buy anything else. You can tell that everything is very new and clean and the prices are reasonable. This gel manicure was $ 30 and I love how it’s looks.

Once again, The Look does wonderful work. Very Happy. The Vietnamese coffee Is Yummy.
The Look Nails goes out of their way to be very accommodating. So why they got a low rating from a reviewer only tells me that some people are out to rip-​off honest business owners, like The Look Nails & Spa. Pricing is very clear and posted right next to services. I know this is a novel idea for Stacey F but the pricing is clearly written in English with pricing right next to services. If you want additional services, logically and reasonably, you will be charged accordingly. If you have basic English comprehension you will have no trouble with prices.
There are honest business’ out there, like The Look Nails & Spa. You cant please everybody because some are out there for abuse business owners. The salon does great work.

I’m notorious for going to different nail salons because I can be quite picky about service and ambiance. However, after hearing several recommendations I decided to give The Look Nails & Spa a try. I must say it was a great decision. The staff here is very friendly and professional. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they also have cute spa chairs for young children. I got a gel manicure & pedicure done and my gal did an amazing job. She was very articulate with my nails and did a great job getting rid of my callus. I loved the fact that they didn’t try to up sell me with any other services. I’m taking my two daughters back to get their nails done for their Homecoming dance. I look forward to returning and maybe try out the acrylics next time.

I called at 6 for their business hours (I needed a gel mani/​pedi stat) and was told they closed at 7. Made it there at 6:45 and the staff was friendly and very welcoming when I walked in.
Friendly staff, reasonable pricing, great results and close to home… fits everything I look for.
My mani/​pedi looks great and this is definitely my new place to get my nails done!

Love the fact that my fantastic nail girl, Ivy, is here in this beautiful new salon. Everything is clean and trendy and everyone is friendly!
