Systems Waterproofing is a specialty sub contractor in commercial and residential waterproofing applications including membranes, caulking, coatings, and air & moisture barriers.
History
Established in 2008.
The principal officers of Systems Waterproofing Donovan McReynolds and Erik Paulson have had many years of experience in the waterproofing contracting business. They believe that most companies in this industry suffer from three areas that can be improved upon.
The first area comes from customer satisfaction. Systems Waterproofing’s smaller size and industry experience allows it to be very customer oriented. Taking care of the customer is priority one. Systems Waterproofing focuses on a small number of clients and limit their opportunities to service their core customers and retain them.
The second area is price. Given Systems Waterproofing’s smaller size, we can manage our cost more closely. As a result we can provide a competitive service at a very competitive price.
The last area is on time installation. Because of Systems Waterproofing close relationship with the clients, we are in constant communication with our customers to provide better scheduling and avoid costly delays.
Meet the Business Owner
Donovan and Eri K.
Business Owner
Donovan started in the waterproofing industry, in 2001 as a project estimator with a large subcontractor. After 5 years was the company VP. He led a sales force of 11 estimators and 2 satellite offices (San Diego & Phoenix) that produced revenue in excess of $ 22 million. His responsibilities include; overseeing the day to day sales and customer relations, managing overall costs, hiring and training new sales people, working with clients on all pricing and budgets for upcoming projects.

Erik started in the waterproofing industry in 2002. His background includes hands on field work, as well as continuing education from top manufacturers. He previously managed a staff of 95+, scheduling work for 15+ crews. While acting as purchasing agent. His responsibilities include hiring all field personnel. working with all distributors to control inventory costs, negotiate credit terms, purchases all field equipment and vehicles.
