The first time I met Gio I had barely started my Job in a company I was very unfamiliar with. I’ve grown up around computers but still get frustrated with them. He was talking with the office manager and caught me off guard. I remember a warm smile and a firm handshake. His service has been nothing less then what I expected after meeting him face to face. I usually get along with I.T. only because I know what it takes to really deal with the stress and pressure of people not knowing how to solve their problems. Gio is a warm person that is not only smart, but down to earth and patient. When your so busy you cant even think its great to have a person that has your back at all times. Brought in a custom rig yesterday with a ‘black screen of doom’ and walked out with a machine as clean and new as the day she was assembled. Gio was personable, quick to diagnose and even quicker to fix (had some bum RAM). Price was more than fair; happy to add this incredible service team to my rolodex!

Great company with rapid service. They get straight to the problem and it is done fast. My entire agency uses them and are extremely satisfied. We had major issues with previous IT personal that would never find a solution to our computer problems, but Systematic Solutions is a different story. They know what they are doing and they are also very advanced and up to date with all the new technology. They even installed my new printer. Definitely recommend them!

I was having issues with a new router and connecting the wireless network to TiVo. The problems first started on a Saturday night. By first thing Sunday morning Giovanni had contacted me and was able to patiently work with me over the phone and computer to diagnosis the problem. Everything works great now. Gio is a super nice and honest guy. I took my computer in a few weeks ago because it was acting weird and he was able to figure out what was wrong with it within a few minutes. He explained me what happened to it and told me how much he would charge me. He gave me a great deal and on top of that he opened up my computer and cleaned it for me. I am the office manager of a mid sized marketing office. Gio is my go to guy. I can go to him about anything whether; it’s asking him a question regarding solutions for my office, or placing an order for custom built computers for my staff. He can do it all. In the past 3 years Gio has come through in the clutch by offering expedited services where other «IT» guys left me hanging. Not him he worked overnight to deliver 5 PC tailored made to my companies need. All offered at a very reasonable price which included delivery and installation.
He goes above and beyond to explain in full detail what he can get you, do for you, and what he did for you. He is not a hit and run kinda of company that just wants your money once the job is done, he honestly wants to make a happy customer.
Time and time again he occasionally checks in on me, the company, his services and his products. As an office manager i don’t have the luxury of checking in with him, but he as a business owners understands that and stays on top of things.
He has also fixed company computers that were infected with viruses (trojans/​worms), blue screen of death, any issues you name it his fixed it. He will even make recommendations on how to protect yourself from getting anymore viruses.
He also makes recommendations on how to keep your computers running in top shape, after time and hours upon hours of use my employees complained about computers lagging, freezing, slowness, etc.
Gio continues to go to school, so he can keep up with a changing world of technology so you wont have to ever worry about him not knowing how to do something. If you are looking for pc help, smartphone help, network help, if you need with anything that involves technology just call Gio before you call anywhere else. Save yourself a headache, your time and more importantly in this economy your money and talk to him about what you need.

I had asked Giovanni to root my Nexus 5 and install the new OS. He did it over the computer. Really quick and was very informative even before I said I would go with him. Thanks Again Gio, I will definitely come back again with my other Android devices or if I somehow mess up this phone.

Hired Gio to do some rewiring on our lines (we have a big office) and I have to say it was a great decision. He got here early and finished before his estimated time, even did some IT for me before leaving. He’s my new go-​to guy for all things IT related!

Giovanni is THE guy to go to when you’re dealing with PC problems. I had my computer fixed by him last week. He definitely knows what he’s talking about and is very knowledgable about computers. I found G through a Google Search and boy I am glad I did. This is a computer «geek» that is the total professional. I was in need of a new Server for my business with some very tough applications that don’t run well on a Server. G put together a very reasonable priced system for my needs, including hardware, software and of course his tech support. He did exactly what he said and at the original price quoted. I couldn’t ask for more. I will be using G as needed in the future. Thanks G for the time spent on my needs.

I was really nervous trying to find someone who could help me out with my phone. I wanted to root and install a custom ROM on my at&t lg g2. After numerous attempts trying to do this myself i came to the conclusion I was in over my head. My man pride kicked in and I found it hard to reach out for help. I started calling and texting people who did this kind of work and could not find anyone who I felt comfortable enough to trust with my five hundred dollar phone. Then I found Gio. He texted me back right away and didn’t make me feel like a moron for what I did and what I wanted to do with my phone. He got the necessary files and gave me a really super good price. There were some issues with the files that the developers sent over and we seemed to be hitting the same road blocks I hit doing it myself. But Gio was so persistent and and he went through the script and found a few errors and fixed the problems with a few strokes of the keyboard. He delivered the service he promised and even followed up with me to make sure everything was OK. Ten out of ten service and I would recommend Gio to anyone.

Very professional and got my computer back I a day n a half! Amazing work even updated my PC TO THE LATEST VERSION! Also brought in an out dated blackberry bold that CPR CELL REPAIR WANTED MY ARM N LEG FOR! Come on now it out dated I might as well bought a new version phone! Anyway Giovanni really did justice with my stuff on a budget!

I was having alot of problems with my samsung s2 after having the phone rooted. I found this place and met with a guy named Giovanni. He was able to see me immediately that day. He unrooted my phone and updated it to «jelly bean» in very little time. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problems were and how he fixed it.
