I seriously geeked out in here. I had my pic taken with Darth Vader AND Spider-Man. I nearly died laughing when my sister-in-law asked me to get a pic of Spider-Man’s ass, but of course I did it for her. This was probably my favorite part of the park. I’m not as into the rides to be honest, I’ve been on all of them before. The kids really enjoyed walking around in here and checking out all the exhibits. I must’ve taken a bajillion photos of all of the kids in various poses with different characters in here, it was super fun. If they would’ve just left those cabinets with the storm trooper masks open, I could’ve had even MOREFUN. Oh well. Probably the best part about this experience was not being one of those families with obnoxious children whining about wanting souvenirs from the gift shop: priceless!

Love Love Loveee the Super Hero Headquarters! So much to do and you can literally spend hours here. My all time favorite is meeting the actual characters and seeing all the really cool super hero stuff here. Meeting Thor is great, they have a great show prior to meeting him and you get to experience Asguard. The whole set up stage area is awesome, it’s a great picture spot too. Thor is super sweet and really good looking well it depends on which Thor you get to see. The Thor we’ve seen a few times was super good looking and really looks like Thor. The other Thor ehhh he’s okay. haha Spiderman is a great meet and greet as well. Wait times can depend, we waited about 15 – 20 minutes to see each character so thankfully it wasn’t too bad. They have exhibits for Iron Man, mini gaming area, they also have a shopping area to pick up some Avengers merchandise. Great spot, I really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend checking out.

Located in the upper level of what used to be Tomorrow Land. I think they did a good job at executing the Marvel world. I’m not a fan of the movies, just because I get confused since there are so many of them. But I do know who the characters are. It was fun to take pictures with Spiderman, who moves around a lot. He likes to asked you questions. And then there is Thor a true hunk. Women, watch how you behave in front of him, it’s going to be all smiles. A super cool set up is the Ironman costumes. Looks awesome in person. Make time to check out this new area to Disneyland. I heard it’s going to be a while before Star Wars land opens.

Great place to get away and play some video games, sit and relax for a bit, meet Thor in Asgard(or meet Chris Hemsworth’s doppleganger that’s just as funny/silly as Thor is, and quite frankly, just as good looking!), and now featuring Spider-Man meet & Greet. The V.A.U.L.T. is where Spider-Man is, what«V.A.U.L.T. stands for, I have no idea, and neither do the cast members, but you can see actual movie props from Ant Man’s costume to Falcon’s wings on display, as well as Rocket(Guardians of the Galaxy) gun/holster, among other props/etc. It’s fun for the Marvel fan or starter fan, but not really a Marvel Super-Fan Base, like the downstairs is for the Star Wars fan, but a great place to visit. Also good amount of Marvel merchandise available.

«Loki: I have an army. Tony Stark: We have a Hulk. Loki: I thought the beast had wandered off… Tony Stark: You’re missing the point! There’s no throne, there is no version of this where you come out on top. Maybe your army comes and maybe it’s too much for us but it’s all on you. Because if we can’t protect the Earth, you can be damned well sure we’ll avenge it!» AVENGERS! ASSEMBLE! I’m a hardcore Marvel geek, so 3 years back when they first launched the Stark Industries area upstairs in Innoventions, I was so stoked. When I learned they were going to be turning the building into a Star Wars /Marvel exhibit, totes geeked out. They brought Thor, Iron Man(my fave!!!), and Spider-Man too. Upstairs is where you’ll find Marvel’s Super Hero HQ. This includes a meet & greet with Spidey & Thor, suiting up in Tony’s Iron Man suit(virtually, the suit is fitted to you, and you test out virtual flying, and shooting different objects with your hands much like Iron Man) yes, I did that twice. Lol. Anyhow, it’s only the top level of the building, but it’s definitely fun. Included in the exhibit is Tony Stark’s Iron Man suits, from the Mark I to the Mark VII, all of which were featured within the Iron Man movies. Again, there’s the Suit Up with Iron Man interactive area, plus you can test out the new Marvel Avenger’s game in their mini gaming area. There is also a display for the weaponry of choice used by The Warrior’s Three. Near Thor’s Treasures of Asgard, there’s also a meet & greet. The actors did a good job of portraying Thor’s ego, but the line was so long, we didn’t end up waiting. But boy, he was loud, definitely was able to live up to the«booming voice of the God of thunder». The line for Spider-Man was almost 45 minutes, so I will have to come back for Spidey. I’m not sure what they have for Spider-Man as all of his exhibit is inside of a tunnel type walk through, and they had like 5 cast members outside of the entrance. Unusual because there was only 1 for each of the others. There is also an awesome D-Tech area where you can customize phone cases(Marvel or Star Wars) and you pick it up downstairs(near the exit of the Star Wars Launch Bay. If you need to scratch that Avengers shopping itch, they’ve got a small shop with plenty of tshirts, purses, mugs, toys, comic books, purses, coloring books(obviously I love), etc. it’s quite fabulous really. Honestly, as much as I loved Innoventions and the fun, interactive futuristic house; it was mostly for littles because once you’ve done that once or twice, it’s not AS much fun. But for me, and every other Marvel geek, this will be fun for quite awhile. I mean, I definitely act my shoe size at Disneyland, therefore this will be awesometastic for, forever! Anyhow, check it out, whether you’ve been or not, the finished product is way cooler than when it was just a small Stark Industries exhibit(^_^) «The Vision: Humans are odd. They think order and chaos are somehow opposites and try to control what won’t be. But there is grace in their failings. I think you missed that. Ultron: They’re doomed! The Vision: Yes… but a thing isn’t beautiful because it lasts. It is a privilege to be among them.» [Quotes from Avengers(2012) and Avengers: Age of Ultron(2015)]

Spider-Man’s not so subtle and somewhat rushed merging into all things MCU is highlighted in this installation, with his meet-and-greet stationed here and his likeness posted alongside a bunch of recreated props from the Marvel flicks… definitely visit Thor though while here; the actors do a good job bridging the gap by staying in semi-prick mode and making the lil’ ones happy, and now I can’t stop my little guy from whacking me in the head with the hammer chop he taught him. Bah.
