Kroq weenie roast tickets went on sale April 29^th at 12pm I tried getting tickets for 2 hours and I was unable too! Resellers bought them all and are selling them for double the price on stubhub! It’s absolutely ridiculous! 50 dollar tickets are now going for 120 and 150 dollar tickets are going for 500‑1000! These kinds of websites should not be allowed! You should only be able to buy tickets from the venue or ticketmaster!!!

Omg! Don’t buy tickets from Stubhub. I just bought a $ 1500 ticket for Coachella. Ticket is NO GOOD! The worst feeling ever. Denied entry at the door. No one at stubhub’s 800 line to help. Can’t believe. Let’s see how good their guarantee is… In any case at in & out instead of rocking out at Coachella

Buyers Beware: this resale ticket company has the worst customer service and resolution team. I purchased 5 tickets to a same day sporting event totaling over 1100 dollars. American Express notified me of the approved transaction in an email and several minutes later, STUBHUB cancelled my transaction stating to call them. I called them to verify what the situation was and the rep claimed there was an error on their end and I would receive a call within 48 hours. Really? The game starts at 4pm the same day… I’ve never used this Anaheim, CA based company before and all flags point to FRAUD! I’m calling American Express to cancel this transaction! Horrible Experience!

beware of this site. stubhub has no control over the face value of the tickets. i bought tickets for $ 230.00. the tickets arrived with a face value of $ 70.00. that’s a $ 160.00 loss on my part. also there is no way to contact the seller to find out. i understand they are in it to make money but this was a total scam! do yourself a favor and go directly to the venue for your tickets. i gave them two stars because i did call and they gave me a $ 75.00 credit. i’m still out $ 85.00.

I love Stub Hub, we have been buying tickets to USC football games for years and have always been happy with the tickets and service provided. I recently sold my tickets to a Van Halen concert at the Hollywood Bowl and sold them in a day which was great. I don’t know why they have such a low rating, I think they are great.

I’ve used StubHub a few times but this time I had to physically pick up tickets from the office (right next to the stadium). You think, sure no big deal… WRONG! Getting to the office around game time is a nightmare. Then they «conveniently» have parking there, so of course, why battle the traffic anymore. Well suggestion, battle the traffic!!! It costs $ 20 which is the same as the stadium and it took us 1.5 hours to get out of the parking structure!!! The stadium was empty by the time we got out!!! DONT PARK HERE!

I’ve used Stubhub dozens of times over the years in the San Francisco Bay Area, primarily for baseball games, and have never had any issues. Though the process was slightly different when purchasing tickets to an Angels game recently, the result was still pretty good.
I was disappointed to find out you can’t scan the tickets through your phone, or even instant download them. That seems a backward step as a matter of convenience. That said, I was told I had to pick them up at the Stubhub office near the stadium, and having never done it before, I was a bit leery. Since I was driving to Anaheim, I’d much rather have tickets in hand come game day.
But, I dropped by Stubhub a couple hours before game time, and I was in and out in less than a minute. At least that was painless.
But still, buying tickets weeks beforehand and having no way to obtain them without physically picking them up is kind of absurd nowadays.

I would give 0 stars if that were a possibility. I purchased 4 tickets to a San Diego Chargers game at Qualcomm stadium based on the «view from seats» feature. Having never been to that stadium before, of course I had no reference point other than their representation of where the seats were located. After traveling 5 hours from LAS VEGAS and fighting ridiculous traffic to get there, we discovered that our seats were actually wayyyyyyy up at the tippy tippy top of the stadium. This was a special graduation gift to my son and those seats were not going to work, my daughter who is afraid of heights was in tears and as I said, we had already traveled far to be there. I ended up having to purchase a second set of 4 tickets closer to the field from my phone for $ 466 and then waited for them to email to my phone, very nearly missing the kickoff. When I called StubHub to ask for a refund of the original 4 seats (not even the expensive ones), I was offered a 50% off coupon for my next purchase. Unbelievable. I will be disputing the charge through my credit card company but it’s ridiculous that I have to.

THEY RIPPED ME OFF! don’t use this… On July 18 I attended Reventon Super Estrella at the staple center. Everything seemed okay until a found out where I was sitting. A month before the event I bought 2 tickets for $ 137.99 to sit in back of the stage –_​_​-​. Even thought they showed the sitting chart while buying the tickets they never specified that there was going to be a wall that was going to block my view from seeing the artists. They placed TVs in the back of the stage so we could see what was going on in front of the stage. I wasn’t super mad because I assumed the tickets in the front were worth much more until the girl sitting next to me told me how much she paid for her tickets. She paid $ 19.00 to sit in those crappy seat. She told me that she bought it at the staple center a month ago. I understand if she would have bought it that same day but a month before… And I paid $ 137.99 to see giant TVs … I could of just watched youtube videos at home. Lesson learned here– go buy my tickets at the venues. And never shop at stubhub

Do not purchase tickets from stub hub! Instant download DOES NOT WORK. You will be denied at the gate and they will not refund you. When I called in, Hannah was NOT helpful at all. Worst experience I have ever had. I will NEVER purchase tickets from stub hub ever again. Don’t be fooled. Purchase from ticket master. ZERO STARS FOR THIS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

They sold me a complete bogus parking pass and when I called them back to get a refund, they would not credit my credit card. They will not stand behind their product and watch your back. Buyer beware.

Wow this company sucks! I paid 4x the price I should have for Kat Edmunson tickets to surprise my Valentine and the tickets were stolen. Stubhub could never figure out how to get the seller to PDF file replacement tickets… so out the over $ 200 — just like that. Funny they sent me a customer service survey after they knew how dissatisfied I was and said ‘please use Stubhub in the future’. Not in this lifetime idiotic company!

Saved up enough money to take my family of 7 to see Monster Jam at Petco Park. Told the sales person on the phone numerous times that my 9 year old is in a wheelchair and we needed accessible seating. She assured us they were. Got to the show only to find out that there was no way to get his chair to the seats and all handicap seating was sold out. Usher asked a family who was seated in the handicap section, and who were not handicap, if they wanted our seats which were 3 rows up from the field. They refused. Stub hub screwed up what should’ve been a fun family night by leaving us without a seat my son could use. Called the next day and they refused a refund because our tickets had been scanned. Umm yeah that’s how you get to see where your seats are.

I’d give a zero if I could. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Purchased $ 850 tickets 3 MONTHS AGO, as a gift to my husband, which I received printed via mail just a couple weeks after. Only for him to arrive at the Qualcomm Stadium (2 hours away) to find that the tickets would not scan properly. After having to speak to multiple employees we were instructed to call the ScamHub office to sort out the ordeal. Once again forced to speak to multiple employees and waste my time just to land on the phone with the manager Liz. Their best attempt at customer service was to reimburse our 10^th row on the 45 yard line ticket and down grade with no discount. Mind you the game is to start within 20 minutes. We agree despite the great disappointment. Another glitch!!! You’ve got to be kidding! They are going to email the new tickets. That would be perfect if ScamHub had a «contract» allowing for an electronic scan. Unfortunately, that is not the case. So the only option outside of traveling 1 ½ miles to ScamHub (without a vehicle because they took a trolley from where they parked) was to purchase new ticket direct from the stadium. The only ones available were in the end zone. So from 45 yard line to end zone? Yeah, no thanks. The excitement was diminished. We intended to take the mailed ticket in to ScamHub to further inquire about the complications, however, the tickets were confiscated because they were «fraudulent.» At the end of the entire experience my Husband and Son were back on the trolley while they’re team was at kick-​off. Will never use ScamHub again! Thank you for ruining the gift I shared with love without the slightest bit of concern. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS A POTENTIAL SCAM!!!

We arrived to this location minutes before the cut off time to purchase tickets to an Angel game. We were helped by Zach who was extremely helpful and did everything he could to make the deadline to purchase the tickets.
Zach gave excellent customer service and we will be using stub hub for our future purchases.

Picked up my tickets for tonight’s angel game and they were there when they said they would be… Perfect directions and easy to find too. I ordered them last night online and they were ready.

I am surprised to see such low reviews for Stubhub. I actually used
to purchase tickets last June for a San Francisco Giants game for both my husband and I. We saved $ 7-​$ 10 per ticket, which is pretty good to me because we were planning on visiting SF and were going to buy tickets to see the Giants play either way.
Using the website was pretty easy to use and the transaction was simple. I was able to download the tickets from my email and print them out in advance (I purchased the tickets 1.5 month in advance). On the day of the football game, I just whipped out my print outs and the employee at the gate was able to scan them and off we went inside the stadium (AT&T park is awesome by the way and they have free wifi for it’s ticket holders).
Since I did not have to contact customer service, I suppose my review is only 1 sided. But I recommend Stubhub to friends and family for discounted tickets and plan on using them again in the future.

Terrible terrible customer service. I bought the wrong tickets for an event yesterday, and I had to go into the ‘chat’ function with them FOUR different times. They still didn’t straighten it out. I just gave up, and will have to eat the $ 47 I spent.

The other reviewer obviously had a much different experience than I. The directions here were spot on. We pulled right up and found no wait inside. The clerk/​associate was friendly and our tickets were right there. The entire pick-​up took only a minute. We spent a few minutes chatting with the associate, who asked me my birthday month, and then said that I’d get 3% back or something like that on purchases and something special my birthday month (I hope that’s not like a warrant served on my house for interstate money laundering or something).
In case you want to search options for last minute tickets, they’ve got a bunch of computers lined up for you to buy your tickets, possibly pick some up locally here, and go to your event.

Big new building. Getting our Yankee tickets! Problem is they should have more then 1 line for people and alphabetically situated to make things run smoother.
