On the morning of my client’s wedding as we started to put on the chair covers we realized they did not fit the chairs!!! With 200 guests attending and less than 3 hours to find chair covers, get them delivered or pick them up, and get them on the chairs with sashes tied Gary saved the date and helped us to get set up before anyone noticed. Not only did Gary stop his Saturday plans to assist us by driving to his warehouse to pick up the chair covers then personally delivering them to us but he also helped to set them up and helped with tear down! Awesome, professional service and grateful that he was able to help at the last minute!

As a wedding planner, I’ve seen my fair share of good and bad vendors. Gary at Special Event Linens solidly belongs in the first category.
The venue upgraded our chairs without notice (thank you, Old World German!) which left us with 100 seat covers that didn’t fit. Gary saved the day. He drove an hour and a half out of his way to swap out the proper covers. I was very pleased with good professionalism and willingness to accommodate our unique situation.

Amazing service! Two days before our office event, we found out we didnt have enough seat covers so I searched the internet for cheap and close by locations. I called Gary a day before our event and he made sure we would be able to get it on time.
He was really sweet and made the process easy. After the event, I was really worried about a few seat covers that had heavy staining but he assured me that I wouldnt have to pay extra.
The seat covers looked way better than the ones that we already had. They fit our folding chairs perfectly and looked fancy, perfect for our formal event.
I paid $ 150 for 60 seat covers /​$ 2.50 each. Good pricing and amazing service. He will be seeing me again!

I had a last minute need for chair covers. Checked several sites and contacted Gary. He responded immediately with a detailed quote. Great price, great service, very efficient
