T Nguyen, owner of the company was nothing but professional from the start. He came out right away to assess our job and got back to us with a quote and recommendations as to our needs. We are extremely happy with our sound system throughout the house. The ease of using his suggested system (Sonos) is amazing. On the install day, he and his team came in and prepped everything to insure a clean and efficient install. He also installed a system that allows us to have a wifi throughout our house. (For 14 years we have been unable to get a clear signal to all parts of our house). T was able to fix this and we can even be in the backyard with a clear signal. Can’t say enough positive things about his quick response and follow up and professionalism. He definitely knows his stuff — would highly recommend him. And our new sound system… AMAZING!

Tee recently installed a large A/​V home theater system in a house that we had just moved into. We found him to be very professional, thorough and knowledgable — also, he is a nice guy and easy to deal with. He is very patient as he responded to our numerous questions — even though we had already asked the question and he had already answered.
He completed his work as originally stated and made follow-​up trips as we requested with no problems or issues.

We upgraded our AV system in our home and he was able to meet all of our specifications and at a great price. Being a bit of a computer geek, I’m great with the logic side of getting things going, but the physical wiring and installation of equipment is way outside my comfort zone. So when I wanted to install a bunch of commercial grade security IP cameras in a complicated environment (large home with three level attic), I went to Unilocal.Fortunately, I ran across Tee and SoundWave. Not only did they do a tremendous and meticulous job placing, installing and aligning the cams, they came in under budget (a day earlier) even though we added two cams to the project mid-​stream. Tee’s attention to detail is top rate, his crew friendly and professional, his rates *very* reasonable. They cleaned up every day at the end of the day (three day project) and were on time and hard working. Seriously. Over the years, there are only a handful of contractors I’d take the time to fill out a review for. Tee and Soundwave is one.

I had a great experience with Tee and Soundwave. They did some cat5 ethernet cable drops for me and they did a very professional job. They knew what they were doing and worked diligently. I’m super happy with the quality of work and the outcome, I wouldn’t think twice about recommending his services.

Needed a few networking connections updated and network wiring sorted out. Called Soundwave and they were able to come over the same day. Tee was very knowledgeable and meticulous about getting it the way you want it.

After relocating to the Anaheim area it was time to find a new AV guy! Tee was the man for the job. He and his crew did incredible work on my new apartment. The installation was quick and the work was very professional.
My pet peeve is wires showing. Tee made sure there wasn’t a wire in sight. All the equipment looks great and I receive compliments on the set up all the time.

Tee from Soundwave Media Technology Solutions just installed our new flat-​panel TV over our fireplace and we are very happy with the results. Not only was his price fair and reasonable, he a a perfectionist with the installation process. He did such a beautiful job patching the drywall nobody would have any idea where he had to remove it o install the wiring. I purchased a new remote after the installation and Tee was kind enough to return and program it for me without a charge. I also appreciated how he broke his quote down, capped the labor, and was able to return the same day of the estimate to complete the job. I have no doubt I will call upon Tee in the future for any of our audio visual needs.

Let me start by saying this is the best money I have ever spent upgrading my house. Tee from Soundwave came out to my house, and I explained what I wanted and what my budget was going to be for the project. He arrived on time and was very proffesional and confident in what he could do. He immediately came up with a plan and he was very knowledgeable about equipment options and his installation process. We decided on what set-​up we would move forward with and set a date for installation.
On the day of install he arrived and got moving on installing all the wiring, which I was amazed by how he concealled all the wiring inside the walls and ceiling. When all was said and done he had mounted my 64″ Plasma, installed ceiling speakers, subwoofer, a awesome remote control that works from my back yard. I couldnt be happier with the final product that he installed for me. He also took the time to train me on the remote control and the operation of my system, including the features of my plasma. ALSO, one thing is he cleans up after himself and when he leaves you will never realize he was there. I hate when Directv or the phone company comes and they leave little pieces of wires everywhere, not with Tee.
I can confidently say that if you are in the market for any home audio/​video, you should give Tee with Soundwave a call. He is very easy going, he is proffesional and knowledgeable and you can really tell he loves what he does.

I was looking for someone to install two tvs in my office and was looking for someone who was knowledgeable and experienced in getting the work done. This was no ordinary task I wanted completed. This job required someone who was able to mount two 50″ tvs side by side and not only that, the tvs had to be able to also be used as computer monitors. I asked around and one of my friends recommended Sound Wave AV. I trusted and took my friend’s advice and Sound Wave did not disappoint!
I called Sound Wave and talked to Tee, who is the owner, and right off the bat, I knew he was the guy to do the job. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, he made me feel like the job that I thought would be difficult would be a walk in the park. His confidence and knowledge of the work that needed to be done won me over so I decided to go ahead and book a day for him to complete the job. The job would take a day to complete so I cleared my schedule for the weekend as I couldn’t wait to get my tvs up and running.
Tee came over at 9am in the morning as planned with his helper whom I forgot his name. They were both very nice and after chatting for a few minutes, I let them go to work. Well to make a long story short, by the end of the day, I came into my office and was just amazed at how it looked. I mean my jaw dropped. All I saw were my two tvs mounted on the wall and my first thought was, «where are all the wires?» LOL. Well, I guess what Tee did was hide all the wires behind the wall and tv. I know that’s pretty standard for mounted tvs but I guess I’m just used to having wires lie all over the place with my electronics stuff and never had something like this done before. It looked so clean and professional and I was so impressed with his work.
Next he showed me how to use the tvs as computer monitors which was my #1 thing that I wanted to get done as I do a lot of work in my office. He showed me that I can use either tv as the monitor whichever I preferred. If I wanted the left tv to be the monitor then no problem. If I woke up one day and decided I wanted the right tv to be the monitor, no problem. What really was nice about using the tvs as monitors was that I was able to use both tvs as one whole big monitor! I was able to slide documents and web pages back in forth between both monitors if you know what I mean. I thought that was a really cool feature. That feature was amazing. I didn’t expect that at all and never even requested Tee to do that. He just threw it in there which made me feel I chose the right guy for the job. Tee went beyond what I required and asked him to do. His experience and expertise in electronics is unmatched and I definitely recommend Sound Wave to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.
