Sheraton Park Hotel At the Anaheim Resort

Just checked in $ 16 a day to self park so $ 64 on a four day stay. $ 10 a day for WiFi, so $ 104 within 20 minutes of checking in? Cheaper hotels would have gave us those things for free and hot breakfast everyday. This will be the last time we stay here.

Great location as its a 15 minute walk to the Disneyland entrance. Views are nice. Pretty nice lobby as well.
First impression of housekeeping in the room was poor. See the pictures I posted. Aside from housekeeping blunders, the room is great.

The hotel does charge for wifi. No free breakfast. All the other hotels I’ve been to in the area offer a free breakfast.

We stayed here for 14 nights (ending December 2015, beginning January 2016). The check-​in process was ok with only 2 employees. We didn’t wait long but a line grew behind us. The employee at the front desk was very friendly. We were upgraded to the Sheraton Club level and given free parking but we had to pay for wifi. The room was clean when we arrived. Guests receive 2 bottles of Dasani water on arrival. We rarely requested housekeeping but when we did the room was cleaned thoroughly. There are 4 elevators to the rooms, two in the middle of the building where most people go first and two towards the back of the building. The hotel’s guest laundry facility was convenient but there are only 4 washers and 4 dryers so be prepared if they’re all taken. There was a problem with the air conditioning. It never went below 70. We were lucky because it was cold so we opened the door if the room was too warm.

I planned a trip to go to Disneyland with my boyfriend so I was looking up hotels near the area & I choose the Sheraton based on reviews here on Unilocal.My overall experience at the Sheraton was great. The check in/​check out process was smooth, the room was clean & just the right size. Every encounter I had with an employee was great they all had great costumer service. The room was updated & modern and The bed was comfortable. My favorite feature was the blackout curtains. If I’m in the Anaheim area I would definitely stay here again!

It was exactly this — A — OK. For a busy 3-​day weekend, for the most part, they did ok. Yes, the got our reservation wrong. Twas me and 2 kids, requested 2 doubles, they had a King redy for us. no. I booked a club floor, what a MISTAKE. In most resorts, this is a good plan, but here — there were so many little kids w their parents (Disney, right?) that every breakfast the entire time was so busy, you barely had anywhere to sit! The coffee and happy hour was good though. The staff in the club lounge are wonderful, and they work nonstop. There is fruit, hardboiled eggs, coffee, OJ, cereal and milk, and toast. Our room was very nice — but the first one they tried to give us wasn’t. It was after 7PM in February, and the room was 74 degrees! I called down to see if the air was broken, and the engineer who came up basically said the rooms on that side of the building have a hard time cooling down. Really? It’s a hotel! So they moved us – which was better. The little store downstairs w the Starbucks was very convenient — but the Starbucks didn’t make true drinks like you find in the regular stores — sort of bizarre. There was never anyone at the lobby bar — strange — as we were in both the Hilton and Marriott which are nearby (and way newer) and those had lots of people eating and drinking and having fun. So — hope this helps! It’s «fine» but not the best around.

I really liked this hotel, the staff was friendly, the rooms were great and it was really close to Disneyland for my birthday trip. You are very close to many restaurants and other touristy type things, but most of the people there were headed to Disneyland. The bus line runs rights out front and is a short trip to the magic kingdom so you don’t have to think about parking at the park. We didn’t have time to check out all of the hotel ammenities, but the pool looked great.
All in all a nice place to stay with the family when you come to Disneyland.

We stayed here two nights for my nieces bday surprise. We booked a room that had a view of California adventure. At first we had a room that’s carpet was still damp, so we called the front desk & they took care of us right away. The hotel is a few blocks from downtown Disney and Disneyland, so we ended up just walking over there.
Also we upgraded for club lounge access, which in evening 5−7pm they have appetizers;guacamole, chips, finger food, beer & wine. If you wake up early enough the lounge is open for breakfast with cereal, yogurt and the like. The club lounge is three rooms wide with computer access & a lot available tables for families. The farthest room even has a couch and t.v.
They have a pool, gym, jacuzzi and a bar. We ended up having a few cocktails at the bar before my brother flew in. The bartender was really friendly & I teased him about how late the bar is open. We had such a memorable time here and will definitely book here again in the future.

My best friend is a platinum member with Sheraton so we opted for this property to get all the perks associated with her membership.
Upon arrival the staff were very polite and accommodating. As a platinum member at Sheraton, we had access to the club lounge. Club lounge offers a continental breakfast in the morning and happy hour after 5. Starbucks coffee all day. that made me a happy kitty.
Our reason for this hotel was so that we could visit Disneyland and be close to the park. We were close enough to actually walk to Disneyland Theme Park.
Overall we had a great stay. No complaints.

We had reserved adjoining rooms, but they screwed that up and we have side by side rooms with no connecting door. Rooms were to be ready at 4:00 PM, but weren’t ready until 6:30. In room fridge isn’t working. Not cool, but they fixed it. Neither is the $ 16.00 a day parking fee!
When we arrived here I logged into the free Wi-​Fi in the lobby. I’m in the room now and it is still connected. So that is a plus as it is normally $ 10 a day. The second day it was disconnected. Oh well. In room coffee is Starbucks, but it is so week it’s like a joke. It’s like flavored hot water
Also, I broke one of my road trip rules tonight, the never order room service rule, and ordered food. My chicken Caesar salad was killer and Corina loved her chicken wrap. Nice job Sheraton!
I’m going to give this place a 3 even though the parking and Wi-​Fi fees piss me off. Its located right next to Disneyland and the convention center so they get away with hosing you on fees. It is what it is. The room is nice

Nice hotel conveniently located right next to the Anaheim Convention Center. The Disneyland Resort is close enough to walk to, about a mile up the street, but you can always take a taxi, bus, or call an Über.
The rooms are clean and offer certain amenities like coffee and free bottled water. The charge for wifi is $ 9.99/day for up to two devices.
There is an amenities shop near the lobby where you can find toiletries and Disney souvenirs. In the lobby there is a Disney tickets desk, so you can buy your 1-​day, multi-​day, or park hopper tickets right then and there instead of having to wait in line at the Disneyland Resort to do so.
FYI: Parking is sparse; good luck finding a spot at night

Stayed here with my family for one night.
Clean and well maintained hotel with just enough hints of Disney. Stayed on the club level. Enjoyed the club lounge access. Food was good and standard quality. Better than most food you get at Disneyland!
The cocktail hours at the club lounge included a few hot entrees, nuts, fruit, chips and salsa as well as beer and wine.
Breakfast included bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal and pastries.
Coffee including Starbucks coffee machine which makes cappuccino and espresso. Milk juice tea water all available.
The room we stayed in had a park view. 12^th floor with dead center view of fireworks!!! Sat in bed with kids and had a great view.
I think some of the reviews are harsh. My husband and I are picky and enjoyed our stay here.
Also there is a mortons steak house just outside the hotel. Great meal for the same price as a Disney meal (ex. blue bayou) and definitely better quality!
Beds were cozy and comfortable. No issues with temperature control. No mold, no bed bugs, no dirt. (as mentioned by other reviews)
If the room was bigger would have given a half star more!

Surprisingly average for a SPG hotel. Stayed here for four nights and was rather disappointed. I expected more from a Sheraton hotel.
Room was small and wasn’t super clean. Amenities were lacking in the bathroom. Room service ends at 11pm (!!!). Humidity control was bad.
Decent location from Anaheim convention centre (a few blocks) and about 10 – 15 min walk to Disneyland/​DCA.

I stayed at this hotel several weeks on business and it was my favorite Sheraton hotel in all of Southern California. I purchased the Disney Deluxe Annual Pass and walked to Disneyland and California Adventure after work while staying at this hotel.
I am an SPG Platinum/​Ambassador member and my favorite rooms were the ones on the 14^th floor because I didn’t have to take the elevator to visit the club lounge. For breakfast, they have coffee, mixed fruits, boiled eggs, bananas, yogurt, pastries, bagels, toast and cereal. For dinner, they have 2 hot items (mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers, egg rolls, corn dogs, etc.), cold cuts, cheese, raw vegetables, and mixed fruits. The club lounge is accessible until 10 PM so I would usually grab a bottle of water from the refrigerator at night.
If you can’t get a room on the 14^th floor, my other favorite options were the ones overlooking the hotel pool, rooms with a balcony and rooms facing the Disneyland fireworks.
If you want to work out, the gym has treadmills, weights, elliptical machines and other machines. The parking lot is gated and it was included in my corporate rate. Internet was also included because of my Platinum status. The Platinum amenity is a free movie ($ 12.99) and includes movies that are still in theaters. I chose this amenity one week because I wanted to watch The Intern.
Fun fact: This hotel doesn’t have a 13^th floor.

I’ve stayed in many Sheratons in many places in the world, and this was by far the worst one I have ever stayed in.
I stayed for 5 nights, and honestly, there are better and cheaper hotels right in the same area.
1) The parking isn’t free. It’s $ 16 per car, per night. The website conveniently leaves this information out.
2) Two «queen» beds is all they had. Most of their rooms are designed that way for the Disneyland families. Of course, the queen is not really a queen; it’s smaller.
3) There were a lot of moist spots in the carpet in the hotel. The idea of stepping into someone else’s bodily fluid is revolting.
4) Although they advertise that «breakfast for 2 included,» it isn’t included. You have to upgrade your room to a club room, for $ 55, to gain access to their continental breakfast. This alone would have made me give them a 1 star. False advertising is unforgivable.
5) The hotel rooms just feel dirty and old.
6) The WiFi isn’t free — it’s $ 10 for 3 devices. My girlfriend and I each had a laptop and a smartphone, that’s four devices. Yeah, we could just use our data plans on our phones, but it’s annoying. Two queen beds should be enough for 4 people, but 4 people can’t connect to the WiFi unless they pay another $ 10.
7) The internet disconnected frequently and forced us to log in and enter our room information. Probably 5 times a day. Internet was very slow during peak hours, and good during non-​peak hours.
8) The TV is slow as shit and they don’t have any channels worth watching.
9) Disneyland is about a mile away. No one wants to walk two extra miles when they are going to be walking around the park all day. So they have a $ 10 shuttle? I’d recommend taking an über or lyft instead.
For over $ 300 a night, you can do a lot better in this area.

The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Most rooms have a refrigerator. However, I think microwaves would be nice.
Half the parking is blocked off for Valet so there isn’t enough parking by the rooms. The lot gets full quickly because they book a lot of seminars here and others park here for the convention center. Parking is expensive – no break on the rate for hotel guests.
I really liked the fitness center. It’s clean, they provide warm towels, and free headphones. The equipment is up-​to-​date and they have a nice big area set aside for stretching/​floor exercises. By far one of the best gyms I have seen at a hotel.
The restaurant inside the hotel (Molly’s Kitchen) is reasonably priced. The food is also very good. The snack bar next to the restaurant is overpriced and so is the gift shop. However, you can find a variety of items in both stores. Morton’s in the parking lot has very good service and food, but they are very, very, very expensive!
The pool and Jacuzzi area is very tranquil. There is also a pool side bar that’s pretty nice. In addition, there is a very nice lounge/​bar off the beautiful and spacious lobby.
The hotel does not have a shuttle. Some places, such as the massage parlor down the street will come and pick you up. Disneyland is within walking distance (you can see it from the hotel).

I came here to attend a convention and overall this facility is not bad but I was expecting more from «Sheraton» brand. First, there was a mix up with the reservation which was resolved fairly quickly. Second, I was booked for four days but after the third day the front desk called and said I was suppose to be checking out and they wanted my room back… huh? I reminded them that the room was paid for and when I checked in it was confirmed for four days so why the mix up? He said he knows nothing of that and just going by what system shows. I had to call work and have them send the paperwork over again; he took a look and updated the system.
The other problem I had was the small boutique shop and the restaurant and coffee house there. Although I get it that it’s people leasing their space, Sheraton should have some oversight of their operations.
First the coffee house was a big disappointment for me. I bought two bags of «Dirty’s Jalapeño» chips and when I opened it, it was obvious the chips were stale or they were fried with stale oil even though the good until date was November. Without going into details of the conversation all I’ll say is I left with my two bags of stale chips.
Second, the boutique shop next door was pretty unfriendly. Granted I get it I was in shorts and sandals, but I could feel her eyes on me when as I walked around.
There’s a bunch of hotels in this area and if I were here strictly for pleasure this would not be a hotel I will stay at…

Excellent experience to report at the Anaheim Sheraton — my vote is ‘yes” for a Disneyland-​area stay.
The Starwood family of properties inclues Sheraton, St. Regis, Westin, W, Aloft, Le Meridian, Four Points and Element. Before booking at any SPG property, I always recommend joining the free loyalty program at
. Frequent stays (even infrequently) result in upgrades and free internet. Totally worth it! Also, I recommend trying to book your room at

The Sheraton Park Hotel is Starwood’s only Anaheim property as of this writing (9÷4÷15) so I jumped in for a SoCal staycation.
I think one criteria for Disneyland properties should be ‘walking distance’ to Disneyland. This Sheraton fills the bill — it’s two very long blocks away from the park entrance. For those who must ride to or from the park, a shuttle picks up every 20 minutes and costs $ 5. Hotel parking ($ 16 for hotel guests) is totally worth it – much more convenient than Disneyland park parking, offers unlimited in/​out, and you can stay in the lot until 10:00 p.m. on the day you check out. Other Unilocalers have complained about the parking lot, but I’m not sure why. It’s right outside the hotel, it’s huge, and there was plenty of parking even though the hotel was full during my stay. The hotel has its own restaurant, a gift shop, sandwich shop, lobby bar and a Morton’s Steak House! What?!?
I paid for a basic room ($ 138) and, thanks to my SPG platinum status, was upgraded to club lounge access with a super-​comfy-​Sheraton-​sleeper king bed plus sofabed room and balcony on the 14^th (out of 14) floor with a dead-​on view of California Adventure and the nighttime fireworks. While it’s no suite, it’s big enough to hold the king bed plus a queen sofa bed plus chairs, which makes for a nice sitting area. Toiletries are of the hopelessly uninteresting Sheraton variety, but the bed was a comfy hit. The room included free bottled water and a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. Sadly, there is construction outside of the hotel at this time (building another hotel next to the parking lot).
The club lounge is a hit. The breakfast buffet is all you need (cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs), but the real treat is at night. Because most people are out during evening happy hour (from 5 to 7 pm), there’s a ton of food and, yes, open bar! Unlimited free beer and wine. It’s worth coming back from the park to pregame and then head back over, if you must. Or, just forget the park and hang by the pool — it’s not bad and the gym’s OK too with elliptical and treadmills as well as full dumbbells and limited machines and those big colorful balls, whatever they are.
Free computers in the club lounge and four in the lobby, with printers, for big-​screen internet access.
Anaheim? It’s Sheraton for the win.

Nice hotel that’s right in the middle of everything.
We got a suite on the 12^th (technically 13^th floor). The bed & the pull out bed from the couch were very comfortable. The views from the balcony was okay, we were over looking the pool and Disneyland parking lot. Bathrooms were really nice, their makeup mirror is hilarious — talk about SUPER SIZE when you look at the magnified part.
The rooms & bathrooms seemed very clean. Close enough to the elevators & ice machines.
We needed extra blankets & pillows so we called the front desk — it took about 15 – 20 minutes for it to be brought not. Not bad because they seemed incredibly busy. (Spring Breakers, a Afro-​American Collegiate Convention as well as a Cheer/​Dance Competition).
The rooms were very quiet, it’s like the walls were almost sound proof.
They have a cute little gift shop full & a Starbucks.

I stayed here two weeks ago for a conference that took over the entire facilities. This hotel was the secondary hotel to a nearby larger hotel that was the main site of the conference.
The check-​in line was long, almost to the door, and slow. They knew a large group was checking in, so they should have had the staffing to accommodate registration. They also took too long with each guest, so that contributed to the long wait. Customer service was very good.
The lobby area looks a little dated, but the rooms were recently renovated, pretty, fresh and clean. My room overlooked the parking lot (eh) and I could see the back of Disneyland, definitely walking distance to the site. Everything at the hotel is Disney-​themed with historical pictures of Disneyland throughout the public areas. The beds are on the soft side. I asked for a king-​size bed when I registered, but was told there were none available. I didn’t like that, but that can happen anywhere. Big pluses were free bottled water and Starbucks coffee in the rooms.
All of the meals took place at the other conference site, but we did have one catered lunch here that was really good. I hate fish, I don’t eat fish (ugh), but I didn’t have an option — so I got fish (halibut). I wasn’t going to eat it, I was just going to eat the salad, vegetables and potatoes, but took a little sample and it didn’t taste like fish, it tasted like the seasoning, so it was good. We dined in their Tiffany Terrace. It has a pretty ceiling with stained glass and three of the four walls are windows.
Self-​parking was at a group discount rate. We also had to pay for internet, but it was so slow that I only got it for the first night.
The banquet facilities were not prepared to accommodate the large group. They actually used plastic rental chairs in some of the session rooms. Ugh, not good and not comfortable.
I had a big problem making changes to my hotel stay that resulted in an extra night’s charge. Management corrected the problem and sent to me a nice apology.
