Great place for a pedi!!! It’s $ 15. Their place is clean and inviting. They listen to and understand your requests. They use OPI polish. The pedicures are nicely done and the pedi lasts!!!

I love this place, I’m glad I found this spot! I’ve been to a few nail salons around the area and NONE do as good as this place. Friendly staff, clean, very organized (I was surprised) since most nail salons I’ve been to weren’t this organized. I will say this is now my go to spot. I will be coming here often to get my nails done and I truly recommend it. Make sure you make an appointment because they do go by appointment only. If you walk-​in they might take you but the chances are low since they are always busy. So make sure to call for an appointment and save your seat. (:

Late review. I really loved this place I called in around 1030 for an appointment with Lynn and had an open spot @11. She’s awesome really gentle. Great customer service from all the staff there quickly to offer me water. I absolutely loved my nails and i didn’t find it as pricey as other places I’ve gone. And my nails lasted way more than 3 weeks which they rarely last 2weeks of other times I’ve done them, forrsure I’ll be back soon !

I went in and asked if there was room for a gel manicure. He then looked at the time and said there was 45 minutes till his next appointment then questioned me on why I didn’t take off my prior gel nail then said, «we don’t have time for you.» I really liked this place because of the quality of the nails but the way he turned me away was extremely rude. There was one person inside the salon, with 45 minutes left and they didn’t even consider helping. I regret tipping them $ 13 for gel nails the first time. Definitely not returning as a usual. Found Pink Mani in Anaheim, they were so much nicer even though they were busy with appointments.

Customer service was good, Kim did my nails. I’m mainly rating one star because of the quality of my nails. I’m just being honest about my experience. I paid 35 for my gel & acrylic overlay nails. I expected better for the amount I paid. Not satisfied.

Very very nice place. It’s not as busy as some salons but I have to say I’m very happy about that. I didn’t have to wait forever. I called and got an appointment for 45 mins from the call and they were ready when I got here. I got my nails filled with a bright color and man they look beautiful. I’ve been trying out a ton of different salons but the customer service here is spectacular. I will definitely be back. The owner who I think is named jimmy is so nice and welcoming. He doesn’t force you to wait if you don’t have an appt. he’ll set you up and give you a realistic time frame.
It has been a long time since I felt super chilled out and just relaxed at a salon. I’m extremely happy with this place and will be back.

One word. AMAZING! The staff really knows how to treat their clients. Everyone is so welcoming especially Jimmy who I believe is the owner. I came late to my appointment cause traffic and they took care of me right away. They are very patient and take their time on you to make sure they are doing a good job. I am forever their client. This is my second time coming to this nail salon and I love it! I prefer to come
on the weekdays when it’s not busy and so far they have always been able to accommodate me even without an appointment. They have so many gel colors! It’s amazing! I have been serviced twice by Lynn and she is so sweet. She caught small imperfections on my nails that my original salon lady didn’t and to be honest I also noticed them myself but I hate being that picky customer so I never said anything. But when Lynn does my nails they come out perfect! She takes her time makes good suggestions with color and makes sure you like them every step of the way. They also refer to me by name here and always give me a water bottle. I will definitely be a returning customer. I’ve already referred two people who are equally happy with their results here!

This is my first time at this nail spa. I got a standard spa mani and pedi. Ann is nice and friendly, she did a great job on being gentle. Like most places they’re rough and try to get the job done fast.
Jimmy (front desk) had great customer service, he was very attentive and offered bottle water to customers and kept the place clean. I would definitely come back to this place.

She then proceeded to call Jimmy, the manager, over and tell him how after she was done doing my nails, how I would no longer be welcome to their establishment. Rather than ask me, the paying customer, what was wrong, he asked her and she told him how I had told her that I «would never be coming here to get my nails done again.» WHICH I NEVER DID. He asked me if it was true, and although I continued to say no because it wasn’t true, he still took her word for it. How condescending and belittling to question a customer, rather than your incompetent employee, in front of other customers!
I felt too embarrassed and belittled to wish to stay any longer, especially after being there over an hour without hardly getting anything done, so I offered to pay for what little services were done and leave. They told me no although I was insistent on paying for someone else’s work, to which the proceeded to tell me how they would not charge any customer if they were unhappy with the service. Well how generous of them, considering I was so rude, right?
I walked over to my boyfriend to tell him that we were leaving, and once we had gotten into the car, I began to wrap my head around whatever had just happened. It had then occurred to me that Lynn had assumed that I was telling her that I would never go there to get my nails done again, when I had told my boyfriend that he never had to come with me again. Had she taken a moment to actually ask like a professional what was wrong with the service, if there was something wrong, than I could have cleared the air or mass of confusion for her. Instead, she was too busy being sarcastic, assuming and pretentious to know any better, and I ended up leaving with only acrylic applied onto my nails!
Regardless, let this just be a lesson to never waste my money on this horribly run establishment again, and hopefully for the owners to gain professional benefits by asking the customer what may be improved for next time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, as well as sharing my unsatisfactory experience to those that I have referred to this terrible establishment.

I was a little late for my appointment which is never ok but they were still able to take me even though they were really short on staff.
everyone here are so welcoming and nice. really great customer service and the prices are also really good! this is definitely a hidden gem. thank goodness for Unilocal because I would’ve never found this place, which is so much closer and better than my old nail place. lol it’s been two weeks and my acrylics still look amazing!

It was my first time here and they have this mesh screen over their door, I didn’t know how to get in at first. LOL it was embarrassing.
Anyways, I wasn’t able to get the lady who did my pedicure, but she was awesome! She got all my cuticles and the paint job was perfect. Everyone was so kind and friendly, great customer service! Will definitely be back.

Love this nail spot! Wondeful and nice workers and their work ethic is great! Love how my nails come out everytime I come.

THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST AND MOST PAINFUL EXPERIENCE MY SISTER AND I HAVE EVEN HAD !
This review might be a bit long but so was our unforgettable experience here –_​– … We were just here on Sunday and had an appointment at 2 but we ended up being there until 6:30! They were working on us the whole time but were just REALLY that slow. All three manicurists worked on us at one point or another and tried to use being a ”perfectionist” as an excuse for them taking so long. However, by the end of our experience, it was clear that they were takin forever because they had no idea what they were doing.
if the wait time wasn’t bad enough, they practically tortured my sister for the last two hours doing her acrylics. She originally had old acrylics from somewhere else so they had to remove it before putting new ones on. The lady didn’t even soak her nails and just started clipping and pulling away at it, making my sister bleed twice and wince in pain the whole time. When I questioned what the lady was doing, she told us it was because the old place made my sisters acrylics too thick so they weren’t coming off. By the time they were half way done with her second hand my sister was on the verge of tears. I begged the lady to grind it off or something because I didn’t think my sister couldn’t take it anymore. And it was only then that she brought out a bowl to soak her hand.. Excuse my language but … WHAT THE F*CK !? WHY DIDNT YOU JUST DO THAT TO BEGIN WITH? Every single one of her fingers were stinging the whole time because the lady cracked all of her nails when brutally peeling them off .
And you would think that would be the worst thing that could happen to you at a nail salon … Think again. When they were giving my sister her pedicure one the ladies BROKE OFF ONE OF MY SISTERS TOE NAILS ! I couldn’t even believe it. At first the lady didn’t even say anything she just finished with her and moved on to me. When she saw that my sister was playing with it she was like «oh, don’t worry we will super glue it back on when she comes to paint your toes» … Again … WHAT. THE. F*CK ?! I’m seriously still in shock. The fact that she wasn’t even gonna say anything or didn’t even say sorry is so unacceptable! Like she was just brush it under the rug and pretend it didn’t happen ?
Oh and Wait … There’s more. Of course there’s more … While waiting for over two hours for my sister I notice that my acrylics we’re obviously uneven because Lynn never matched my nails to each other. Since it was clear that I wasn’t going anywhere soon … I asked her politely if she could file them down a bit because three fingers were uneven. I was told that it would be impossible to do because that would run my nails and she’d have to completely re do them. First of all. Do you think I’m an idiot? You can’t file down acrylics? Why do they do it everywhere else then? And even if that were true … So what? You should just freaking do it. If your work is off you should fix it not give excuses. Especially when you’re making us wait for 4 hours and are over charging us for mediocre work .
I paid 150 for both mine and my sisters acrylics and pedi… And that was with the ever SO GENEROUS $ 5 dollar discount they gave us for making my sister bleed twice. Wait … But what about ripping off one of her toe nails? … Oh yeah. I forgot we were just going to pretend that one didn’t happen, right? –_​–
Honestly, we only came here because TIP & TOES was closed. I regret it so bad. We should’ve just waited another week and went there .I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

2^nd review update** this is my go to nail salon now :) I am extremely happy to finally have found a nail salon that I can call my «Go-​to». They do a great job every single time ! No complaints.
I always ask for lynn to do my pedicures, she does such a good job! Perfectly removing all the calluses on my heels and she really takes her time, no rush job even if they were busy. They take their time to attend to you and makes sure you are happy :)
I recently went for light pink gel and I am so happy with them ! :)

My second time here. Decided to give it a try because of all the great reviews.
First visit Kim did my fill, good job :) no complaints.
Second time Lynn did my fill and I’ve never experienced some one so gentle with my fingers. She did a great job!

I am happy to say that Royal Nails is the place to go if you are looking for perfection! It was my first time going and I am extremely satisfied. I asked for coffin nails and they turned out so well!
Lynn was amazing and asked me how I liked my nails every step of the way, which I appreciated.

So you know I like to keep myself looking good! Especially when I am with the wife. My lady looked this little boutique up since she needed her nails redone. She treated me to the usual clear gel manicure. She got a red gel manicure.
Location is tucked in the rear of a small plaza, not hard to miss. Entering the salon is a bit awkward b/​c there is a velcro net wall immediately as you open the door.
Shop talk was quite nice and the end product was fantastic. I would say the service was a total of 30mins. It ended with a short hand massage and lotion up. Thank you Royal Nails for the great service.

I’m typically a nail salon hopper, so finding a place that makes me want to come back regularly is saying a lot.
The people were all very sweet and professional and even gave us water bottles as service. Lynn did my acrylics for me and she was amazing! I loved the way she shaped and filed my nails; it was very clean and not too thick. I showed her a picture of negative space nails and she was able to execute. Also, their prices are unbeatable for what you get! Will definitely come back again.
