Read my original review. I’m takin back by a response from either an employee, Freind, or lunatic bully ! The screen shot of the message will be posted. First and foremost Armando G. I have the right to freedom of speech, Period. You were not there when I got a quote down to them showing up as my review stated. You seem to be confused by what a review sight is.
Yes Rafael was polite but that does excuse what had happened. This message is now on record and would advise to not contact me again. Everything in my review is correct. I was hoping I found my new tree service. Parga tree service and Armando G., I don’t think a business wants to be «stained» from people like you. From a «new» user maybe you need to understand everyone has different experiences. Keep it classy !

I’ve been hiring this company for more than 15 years, back when Jose ran his crew with a pick up. So glad to witness a great service thrive!
They trim and shape all of my trees on my rent houses. For me a businessman, it’s hard to find a company to trust. However, these guys gained my ultimate trust. I will forever hire this company and always recommend to business partners/​friends. They never fail to impress me.

Parga Tree service did an amazing job removing two very large pine trees next to our house. I was extremely worried about possibility of damaging our roof and sweet gum tree just next to the pines. Rafael reassured me of their approach and they carefully removed every branch without harm. Eduardo was the tree climber and arborist who calculated each cut and carefully drop the large branches and stumps without harm. The crew did a good job with cleanup as well. Highly recommend!

I have been using Parga Tree Service for years. They have always done a fantastic job. I have several very large trees. A couple hang over power lines & the neighbor’s yard. They notify the neighbor that they will be working on the trees over their yard. They do a great job of cleaning the debris in both yards. I have also used them to remove a few large dead trees. When getting the estimates, they ask whether I want the stump removed. I have always opted that they leave the stump since they have told me it is quite a bit more expensive to have the stumps removed. I usually deal with Rafael and he’s been great!

Very happy and satisfied with the work done. Rafael is very patient and listened to all my concerns. Crew arrived on time and everything went smoothly. They all did a remarkable job.

I would not recommend Parga Tree Service to anyone. I didn’t have a good experience with them and will not be using them again. I first called Jose and let him know that I needed an estimate to remove 2 palm trees. He said instead of coming by, he can give me an estimate by looking at pictures I send him. So I sent him a few different pictures of the trees I wanted removed and he replied back with a price range. I called him and let him know I would like to proceed with the work. The next day one of his employees, Rafael, shows up to my house and hands me an estimate that’s $ 100 higher than what Jose quoted me the previous day. I was complexly dissatisfied at this point but I needed these trees removed. Rafael tells me the he will be there the next day with the crew and the complete job will take about 3 – 4 hours. Later on I go on their website and notice they offer 10% off to new customers so I contact Jose to ask him and he ignored my message but Rafael responded and said no they will not honor that online discount.
The next day the crew arrives on time without Rafael and I have them start the work. I had to let the crew know on a few occasions to now block my neighbors driveway because they kept leaving tree debris on their property. So they cut down most of the tree within 2 hours and tell me another crew is coming to grind the stump and remove the rest of the debris within an hour. The second crew never came so I tried calling the owner Jose multiple times and finally he picked up and let me know the crew is running late and will be at my place later that day but no time was given. I felt this was completely unacceptable because now I’ve been waiting for about 6 hours with no updates from them. Finally Jose and his helper arrive to grind and remove the stumps. It took them about 3 hours and I thought he completed all the work but come to find out he says he’s not able to grind one of the palm tree stumps completely. He says that’s all the work they’re going to do because if he knew it was going to be this big of a job he would have charged more. Are you kidding me? He saw the pictures I sent, gave me a price range, his employee came and charged me a higher price, saw everything they had to do, now he’s saying he should have charged more? So I tell him I paid for stump grinding 12″-16″ and he didn’t even grind it 1″ deep, he simply kept it leveled to the ground, so I should actually pay less. Jose pretty much refused to lower price even though they didn’t complete the work they were hired for. I just wanted to get them out my house, so paid him and will never use them or recommend them.
So they pretty much raised the price on me after giving me a quote, refused to honor their own online coupon, and didn’t even complete the work they were contracted for. Now I’m left to hire another company to grind the stumps and finish the job they were hired for.

I’ve used Parga for tree trimming at my home twice now. I am extremely pleased with their service. Rafael listened carefully to my concerns about each tree (I have many trees of varying sizes, mostly fruit). I pointed out which trees were fast-​growing and which were starting to bud and needed extra care. He and his coworker did a fantastic job with the trees. I’ve had other tree service companies provide slightly lower bids, but the end result was so awful that once I found Parga I stopped looking. They are true professionals. Highly recommended.
