I was helped by Ruth and she did an amazing job explaining the whole Pandora bracelet thing! She was so nice! I ended up buying a safety bracelet and a Diamond Celebration Disney charm! It was awesome that I was able to get a discount with my annual pass!

Today I received horrible customer service from Pandora. While looking at the jewelry I gave eye contact and a smile towards one of the employees and she looked away and ignored me. She didn’t say hello or give me a nice gesture. I finally had to ask if I could get some help. She responded and decided to help me. Then I chose my ring and she gave the cashier my ring and left and looked away from my gaze. The cashier was not nice either. She avoided eye contact with me as well. I understand working at a theme park can be stressful and sometime people have their off days, but you shouldn’t let it mess with your work. I have high expectations of Disneyland and their employees.

Beautiful little shop but less than hospitable customer service. When I asked if they had a certain charm, I was rudely told no and no one was willing to look. There were very few customers in the shop at the time and almost all of the associates were preoccupied and not welcoming. This is the third bad experience I have had this year. Extremely disappointed and would rather purchase the Disney exclusive charms online verses returning to the Disneyland store.

HORRIBLEINCOMPETENTSERVICE! My niece was thoughtful enough to give me a gift of a Mickey Heart Ring, which was super cute… BUT…it was slightly large so I went back to the store by myself with the ring and receipt to exchange for a smaller size. They told me I needed to get in line behind 2 other groups who took forever to select their goods. After all the Ho Humming from the people in front of me, the staff finally decided to help me. Much good it did! I told them my story and I asked for a smaller size. They have the ring ready, but told me to wait in the corner for I’m not sure what. Then some other lady came in, who I suppose is the manager. She processed a refund and then told me to sign the refund receipt. Then she asked me if I had an annual pass. I was like«yes but why are you asking me this? This is just an exchange.» She said, «oh no one told you? We can’t do exchanges. That’s why we refunded it and you can rebuy it.» I said«this is a gift and you want me to go get my niece to go pay for it again?! That’s really awkward!» She said«I thought someone told you. Now there’s nothing we can do.» So I ended up buying my own ring which was suppose to be a gift for me from my niece. What a horrible position they put me in! Way to ruin the moment, Disney Pandora Store!

Disneyland pass holders can use their pass holder discounts towards Pandora jewelry purchases! I think that’s a terrific deal and not sure if there are many discounts or offers towards Pandora jewelry otherwise! The prices are not hiked up due to being at Disneyland. If you have to return something you purchased from a Disney Parks Pandora, you can only return it at a Disney Parks Pandora. Anyways, the store is beautiful, bright, and small. It draws you in! I came in to find a charm for my mom, but I almost wanted to start a bracelet for myself. Of course, mostly Disney themed charms are displayed but there are more if you ask! I’ve encountered helpful and friendly customer service so far during my recent two visits. They allow you to take a closer look at whatever charms you’re interested in and try on different bracelets. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase which I can’t say the same about for other Pandora stores.

I went here last night and the costumer service was terrible. I was standing right in front of the desk after looking around and no ones asked if I needed help, if I wanted to look at anything, etc. they took people behind me and got them in and out in a flash. I asked how much certain charms were and how much it would be to put some together and got very short answers then was ignored. Maybe because I looked like a teenager? Idk. I’m 23 and had around 200 bucks to spend, and well they did not get my money just to how rude they were. Other then that the charms are beautiful and amazing.

Store sits quaintly in New Orleans Square. Supply was fine but we encountered an unfriendly staff who treated us poorly. Disney cast members seem to be losing their smiles and happiness.

I just stood in front of counter waiting help to purchase a bracelet and was ignored by employees. They continued to take people before me who came after me. They must have assumed I wasn’t going to buy anything and would prefer a good commission over good customer service. Very disappointing experience if I could do 0 stars I would

Great gift for any girl! Shop is located inside Disneyland at the New Orleans Square across the exit of Pirates Of The Caribbean Ride. Very posh looking, clean and well lit. Most workers are very friendly and helpful. There are more workers than the counter space. It is quite small and is very limited for viewing. If you already know what you like to look at, you can ask someone to bring it to you without having to wait for the counter. If they ran out of a particular item, you can try your luck at World Of Disney in Downtown Disney and Off The Page in California Adventure. I had that happen to me twice and both times I was able to get it at the other places. There are Disney Park Exclusive Charms and bracelets! Be sure to check those out. There is a 3 of same design purchase limit– I’ve seen some girls with crazy orders. To avoid problem if you like to buy more, check the other stores. The Murano glass ones for the Disney Princesses glow in the dark. Tested and true. **If you have annual pass, show it to them for discount!

This small space in New Orleans Square, Disneyland, used to be a pin trading store. Recently, it has reopened as a Pandora Jewelry retailer. I had a great CUSTOMERSERVICE experience. I checked out the shop on Valentine’s Day because a friend had told me that the location was accepting the Annual Pass Discount. Count me in! As I walked around the store to look at the jewelry, one of the Pandora associates asked about our day and made other polite conversation. Being Valentine’s Day, the store was pretty packed, but she made space for me to be fitted for one of the CHARMBRACELET bands. She explained all of the add-ons that are possible and showed me a very beautiful, but expensive combination. I decided to think on it over lunch and told her I’d return and find her. Sure enough, being in Disneyland, she gave no protest. When I came back hours later, she remembered what I had tried on and didn’t pressure me to buy more than what I was interested in. A DISNEYCASTMEMBER did the checkout. I wore the bracelet out of the store and she gave me the jewelry box to keep it safe at home. I couldn’t think of a better location in the park for this store! There is no official website for this store, but you can always check out updates on the Disney Blog website. It’s great that they accept the ANNUALPASSHOLDERDISCOUNT! More photos can be found here:
