Closing time stated to be 10:30, I showed up at 10 and all food was pulled and employees said they were closed and were very rude.

Came in @ 9pm with still an hour and a half til closing. The selection of entrees were limited and the entire crew just seemed intent on closing. The entrees I got were skimpy and one of them was a premium item that cost an additional $ 1.25. I understand the concept of inventory and not wasting food but don’t short change the customer to meet your goals. Orange Chicken and chili shrimp was delicious. I filled up my water cup with soda to make up for the weak portioning

If I could give this place no stars I would. I waited 10 minutes the only one waiting in line for my food too be prepared. I walked out an called the guy in charge he answered the phone and said what you want. I ended up calling corporate and and filing a complaint but yet no field support or district manager have contacted me as I requested I will never eat at this crap location. Not to mention the rodent infestation that is all over the review of this location bad management.

RODENTS! Unfortunately i witness 1st hand that this place has a severe rodent infestation. I saw first hand the manager pull out a box from underneath the counter that had a small nest of rodents living there. The manager almost gaged and said that he had just transferred their a few days ago from another store, and didn’t have any idea of bad this place was. I got a lot of pressure from the store to take down my review which i did for a week or so, but my conscience got the best of me. If you read some of the other reviews you will see there is other complaints about infestation.

Ladies serving behind the counter barely understand English. Primarily communicate in Spanish especially Lorena charged me for a third entrée item I didn’t get because she gave me too much chow mein. Multiple experiences at this place have been the same only reason return it’s panda still taste and it’s close to work. Service could be better everyone seems to hate their job there.

I haven’t had a bad experience here, they’re very generous with their servings! I have no idea why there’s so many bad reviews!

I am never eating at this Panda Express anymore. Possibly all restaurants, that’s to be announced. But the problem that I have with this one is that I found something unusual in my food. At first, I thought it was a hair. But looking at it closely, I come to the conclusion that it’s either a cockroach antenna or possibly one of its legs. Totally disgusting!

I’m not the biggest fan of Chinese food just because I always get a mild reaction to the flavouring they put in the sauces but because my friend and I were in a hurry to get to a concert at The Grove we headed in for some cheap food. It was really busy when we got in so there were a few dishes they hadn’t restocked yet but I was only after one thing– the Beef & Broccoli that I’d had before and it had proved tasty in the past. I wanted a bowl of it but the staff member said because I didn’t want sides I had to put it in a small box. I was cool with this at first but then afterwards I saw the size of the box– it was tiny! And not just by USA standards, this would be tiny by small child standards! Not only were there about 10 pieces of broccoli and two slices of beef both my friend and I woke up with mild swelling in our fingers and super, super thirsty in the morning. I know Panda Express’ motto is «No MSG» but I’m calling BS on that. This experience reminded me why I usually NEVER eat at fast-food Chinese establishments. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This panda is the worst panda I’ve been to. The female employees are TERRIBLE!!! I got the brocoli beef, she told me that i was allowed to only get 5 pieces, but she gave me five nail size beef. When I asked to can i exchange for a bigger piece, she then forcibly added $ 1.25 to my order for«addtionally» beef. Damn! I didn’t ask to get addtional beef, i just don’t want to get five nail size beef when i pay $ 7.34 for two entrees. Hmmm, seems like she owns the store or she owns some stock of Panda Express, otherwise, she can’t be that stingy and mean for giving customers the fair amount of meat.

Very inconsistent. Some days it tastes okay and then there’s many days when everything tastes so bland! Portions are crap and service doesn’t exist.

This panda is probably the worst panda I’ve been to. The service is whatever. Not bad enough to complain but not good enough to be excited about. The food looks like its been sitting there for a while and it tastes like it too. I always like to get the sesame chicken but it looked a bit old so I tried it and it tasted like it had been there all day. So I got Kung pow chicken(my other favorite). It had no flavor. At all. I might as well have gotten a cup of water. My boyfriend got a cup of water to go with his rice and teriyaki. Even he said the rice wasn’t good. There’s a self serve water container with lemon in it next to the soda fountain, so he got some water from there. By the time he got to the bottom of his cup he notice a small little blob of what looked like mold in his cup. Seriously? Mold?! Won’t be coming back here… Ever…

The food is good and so is the service. I wish they gave a bit more like other chinise food places. And they never add utensils. It’s all good, the place is great.

Food is good but something has changed recently… I love the walnut shrimp, and I ordered 2 large buckets, 2 rice, and one noodle… when I got it home I noticed that all the containers were not full, maybe 80% full. I have buying takeout here for years and this was the first time I got cheated. I spent $ 43, which ain’t cheap and U should get full containers. Wassup Panda? I maybe could see why they might rip me off on the shrimp as they are more expensive, but rice and noodles too!

I usually don’t come here because it’s always so packed. Today it wasn’t so I gave it a go. I ordered a two-side entrée and was served very quickly. Rosario asked me if it was for here or to go and I replied to go. She handed me the styrofoam box without a tray and handed me a receipt. I asked for hot sauce and soy sauce and she hands me one packet of each and places on top of the to go box. You’d think that when I said to go she would have given me a tray. I asked for more hot sauce and soy sauce and she asked me how many and I had to give a numerical value. She gives me the extra packets again on top of the to go box and sends me on my way. You’d think Rosario would know that carrying these slippery plastic packets would be easier with a tray

Had lunch there today. After eating half of my meal I found a dead moth in my food. The biggest problem was the fact that when I showed the manager he said«it’s not my problem». Unbelievable, I’m still can’t believe it as I’m writing this.

Panda Express is a great place for Chinese fast food. This location in Anaheim off of Katella is not one of them. The place was a mess, the servers were not happy Nd I know that huge portions at Panda Express is not something to expect but seriously… The barely put any fried rice and noodles, the little server putting the food in the boxes put 5 pieces of orange chicken as one item and said«now what else do you want?» While in line 4 people walked out after seeing food all over the floor, the customer behind us left the line after he saw how little the person put in his 2 item order and said this was ridiculous he asked for a little more chicken and the girl put one more piece in. and smiled… RUDEEMPLOYEE… That was it, we left.
