Totally satisfied experience! Jonathan could not have been more helpful. My particular needs were not going to be profitable for their business today and that was apparent early on in the conversation. Even so, I had many questions that were handeled with the utmost in professionalism and customer service. Jonathan went beyond the norm. Jonathan was awsome and really saved my day. I called him in urgent need of getting a security system program to work mobile on my computer and phone and was able to be out the very next morning. He had it set up so quickly and everything works great. He was very pacient with me being I knew so little about the system and even let me email him the manual ahead of time. I have already started recommended him to friends and will definately be using him in the future.

I had 4 laptops that need fixing. One was so old, ran very slow and had too many problems. Jonathan gave me an incredible price for all four. He explained thoroughly on the problems on all 4 of my laptops and had them fixed same day. He even offers to come to your house. Can’t beat this kind of service anywhere. I just bought a laptop and needed to have Microsoft Office and an anti virus software installed. I called on Saturday and was so pleased to hear that Jonathan was able to come out the very next morning. The timing was great since i needed to have it ready by Tuesday to start my online class. Jonathan is very knowledgeable as he was able to answer all my questions that I had. I like the fact that he also comes to you which is super convenient. I am very satisfied with Nerds Fixed IT. Jonathan is awesome! I needed emergency IT help setting up a VoIP phone. I sent a message around 8 pm and less than an hour later, I had an appointment set up for the next afternoon. Although he told me VoIP repair isn’t what they specialize it, Jonathan relentlessly worked to get my phone set up. I know if I have any future IT issues I need resolved quick, Jonathan and Nerds Fixed IT will be my go-​to IT service. I’ve already recommend them to a few friends!

Jonathan is Awesome! My computer crashed for reasons only the Virus creators know and needed fixing lol. My old co-​worker referred Jonathan since he has fixed his computer in the past so I figured why not. Jonathan went out of his way and picked up my laptop from my office. Not only did he fix my laptop but he also improved the operating system from a slow Ford Pinto to a Possessed Corvette with twin turbos! Jonathan is now my new computer Nerd from now on and will recommend him to my friends and anyone looking for a reasonably priced professional computer Nerd.

The other day my MacBook crashed in the middle of work, try to reboot my laptop multiple times and nothing.
Called Apple and they said they can fix it, but it was too expensive.
So, I decided to check in Unilocal and came up on Nerds Fixed IT.
Unfortunately, they were too busy to send someone to my office the same day, but they said that I can drop it off. So I did!
Within an hour Jonathan called me to tell me that the problem is a bad hard drive and that my data could be recovered.
They went on to replace my hard drive, recover my data and install the latest operating system (I think El Capitan) for a reasonable price.
Thank you so much for fixing my MacBook. Definitely recommend them!

I called them at 8:30 am. They came at 12:30 pm and fixed my memory /​hardware problems so now my C drive is no longer red and I can finally use my computer without annoying pop ups and relief that I didn’t try to fix it myself potentially losing precious data. Thank you Nerds Fixed it. Lol.

I called Nerds Fixed IT this morning to see about getting an appointment for virus removal and Microsoft Office installation sometime this week, and Jonathan was able book me a same-​day appointment at 6 pm. This worked great with my 9 to 5 work schedule.
When he got here, he pulled up several websites until my pop-​ups started acting up to evaluate the severity of my issues, then he started working his magic! Shortly after, he called me up to show me that everything had been completed, and now, my computer is working like it’s brand new!
Not only does Jonathan have exceptional technical skills (it’s obvious when you talk to him that he knows EVERYTHING there is to know about computers), but he’s also a super nice and friendly guy with superior professionalism. He patiently answered all of my questions about internet speed and hardware, and I really appreciated it.
Nerds Fixed IT is a solid company for friendly customer service, reasonable pricing, and strong technical know-​how, and it’s all backed by a 30-​day warranty. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I tried to upgrade my dell laptop myself to save some bucks, and lo and behold, i messed up, it stopped working. I can’t get it to work again, found this Nerds Fixed it, found the review looking solid, so I decided to try. I told Jonathan what i did and he told me where i made a mistake and was also able to explain why. He re-​installed my OS and all my drivers and software I requested. Everything worked! He made some suggestions how to further improve my laptop. This guy knows what he’s doing and pricing is excellent! Will come back for the further upgrade. Keep doing a great job!

Took my computer down to Fry’s because it will not boot to Windows. After two days they told me that they could not fix the problem.
That I needed a new computer. Went home and decided to start saving up for a new computer, until my
Friend recommended me to these guys. Called and setup a same day appointment.
In no time I receive a phone call to tell me that my computer is back to life.
