I have spent the last TWO YEARS looking at various tiles for a remodel. Along the way, I have dealt with several National Pool Tile locations, including Van Nuys (Jaime is AMAZING. He knows EVERYTHING! and is incredibly efficient), Tempi, AZ (Brian was beyond kind. He even arranged for my tiles to be sent by a much less expensve method, and they arrived in perfect condition in record time.) And lastly, Chris Williams (Newbury Park) who walked me through so many minute decisions with enormous patience and expertise.
All in all, I can highly suggest NPT for quality, effort, service, and efficiency. The quality of the tiles is, of course, great. However, getting this level of service in so many locations, and watching the various employees work together for MY benefit, was indeed, a rare shopping experience and made what could have easily been a frustrating mess into just the opposite.

Went in today for a couple of replacement tiles. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helped us out. She did locate the exact tile we needed but unfortunately they don’t sell it anymore. She was nice enough to find us some tile that was the exact same color as the sample we brought in. Great customer service, nice show room. Overall great experience! Thank you!
