Bad customer service! The woman that works there is very rude. (She was wearing glasses and her hair was up) There job is to give customer service right? If I could open the glass cases and get the pins myself I would have but I can’t so obviously I need to ask her if she can get the pins that I wanted to purchase. She was very rude each time I asked her. She did not say anything other than «is that it?» She acted as if I was bugging her. It’s not my fault she works there. If she doesn’t want to work customer service in a store then go out and get a better job. She made me feel very low and stupid. I would’ve left without purchasing the pins but they were a last minute birthday gift. I never leave bad reviews but in this case I had to. I will never shop there again. Go to FRANK AND SONS there are many different areas in there where you can buy the same items that they sell in this place and there you will receive good customer service. And there are also people you can find on Craigslist that sell all kinds of Disney Pins.
This place is not going to last long if they don’t change their attitudes and there employees. I am sure they will respond on here as they do with the other bad reviews but if you go there you will see I was right.

So these guys are great they have a lot of cool stuff here and the price range can be good but it really depends on the price the dealer has set for their item. Sometimes they can be pricy. Would have given them 5 stars but there is a girl who works there she was wearing a CSUDH sweater with glasses wasn’t able to catch her name but she’s tall you really can’t miss her. This girl is RUDE! Not a little quiet or a little awkward SHE IS VERY RUDE! I’m Hispanic I don’t know if that had something to do with it. Real shame, cool place but I won’t ever set foot in there again.

Still great service and very friendly! So glad we found this place! It’s a lot of fun to shop here.

I have a strong affinity towards the southwest shopping complex of the Beach Blvd./Ball Road intersection in Anaheim because it has serviced so many collectors for many years, and I have to say that I love this store! The display cases are fully stocked with up-​to-​date merchandise and hard-​to-​find Easter eggs. I am a huge fan of DC Collectibles and there is always an abundance of selections (action figures, comic books, pins, etc.) and the prices are very reasonable. I regularly deal with their frontman sales associate, Alex, who is extremely friendly and helpful. Also, if you are a collector of Disney pins then this store is definitely the main spot in Orange County that you should visit!

Love this place ! We have been shopping here for years. They have a great selection of collectible items and of course Disney pins. Staff is friendly and prices are good. Price range from low to high depending on what you are looking for.

Took my lil girl here for the first time and she went crazy! And my wife loves the place too. Customer service was above and beyond. Spent a lot of money here and plan to go back and support them because of their amazing customer service. Anyone who takes time to acknowledge a lil kid is amazing. The guy at the register was so busy but still had tremendous patience with my laughing, screaming, whining, pouting, spoiled, happy beautiful little girl. Disney and any other company represented in that store needs to compensate them above any profits they make selling their goods, for simply providing such an environment.

I only visit the Frank and Sons location. I have a weekly pull list for comics. If I want any back issues or other new issues, I just send a FB msg and they reply in a timely manner. They can get most things that I ask for. The prices can’t be beat, and they don’t raise the price for a newly released comic just because it is hot. Some of the vendors at Frank’s do that.

Hands down my favorite collectibles store. The front room is filled to the brim with tons of Disney memorabilia, from postcards and buttons, to toys, and of course pins. We come here specifically for the Funko POPs which are 4 for $ 35 (standard size, exclusives not included) which is a great deal if you intend on buying a set of them anyways.
Last time I visited I searched endlessly at Disneyland for a pin that had been released a month prior to my visit — found out that it was NLA but My D-​Pins had one in stock with my name on it AND they didn’t charge me a ridiculous price. Yay!
To all my NorCal peeps, they usually have a booth at the San Jose Toy Convention — you can personally ask them to bring you certain products from their store and they will have them for you at the show!
Friendly people, organized store, good selection — I could spend a whole day (and a hell of a lot of $$$) here!

Josh went out of his way again to satisfy me and my son this past Saturday July 11, 2015. He kindly examined a Transformer Sound Blaster figure for me and took $ 15 off the original price, and also told me if it doesn’t work to bring it back for a full refund. He also let us have a Comic-​Con exclusive Dr. strange set from the back room at a decent price. He and his workers always exceed my expectations to satisfy my needs every time. I have never been disappointed here. Thank-​you My D Pins!

I’ve visited this store twice. The first time I purchased 1 pin, 1 variant comic, and traded for 2 pins off of their boards. The staff were less than friendly. I felt very uncomfortable and got some seriously negative vibes. I dismissed it and believed it to be all in my head.
A couple months later I returned, intending to sell the majority of my traders and perhaps make a few more trades. This time the staff was outright unpleasant as well as demeaning. I asked how selling worked there as I had never done so. They said to pull out all my pins and they’d take a look. I did so and asked how much they would pay. They said that’s not how it worked. I had to come up with a price and if it was in their «range» that they would buy it. I asked if they could just give me the middle of the range. They said no. I said okay and did some calculations which was extremely uncomfortable because they were obviously irritated that I hadn’t come with the prices for my 30ish pins already calculated. I gave them the price, they said that that was about how much they would be selling the pins for so if they bought them from me they would not make a profit. I asked them to make an offer then, they refused. I said okay and left.
I understand following store policy (even if I disagree with it. Seriously, just make an offer.) However, I do not understand the staff’s demeanor throughout our whole interaction. They were very short with me and did not seem like they wanted to talk to me at all.
Bottom Line:
Extremely unpleasant experience. If you get along with the staff, this is a great store. They have fair prices on all kinds of collectibles. If you are like me, and are instantly disliked without any perceivable reason, it is a horrible store. I have not returned since my second trip, and do not intend to do so.

Probably the best place for action figures in all of Orange County! Great selection of new stuff and a huge selection of older action figures. The place even smells like pizza all day! (Little Caesars next door)

Really bad customer service, pins are way over priced. You can tell they really don’t know what they’re doing. Boyfriend and I went to sell diamond edition mystery pins and they told told us they won’t sell for much when we can clearly see the exact pins in the case behind the desk selling for $ 10 and they told us they’d sell for less then $ 3 on the pin board. I’m not upset that they didn’t purchase the pins or tried to purchase at a cheap price, because they are a business; but, it was upsetting that the woman helping us along with the guy at the register just said, «I’m not willing to pay much for those pins» and walked away to the back room. It was upsetting that we stood at the counter waiting for a price & as she walked back towards the register, she began to play some card game while we were just waiting. Then I asked if she was going to purchase the pins & she just said, «well I’m not paying much so I don’t know.» I’ll gladly take my business else where. Shame because there were a few pins I had my eye on. Thanks for the bad service!

They have soooo much here, it’s hard to not get overwhelmed. I didn’t end up buying anything as they did not have exactly what I wanted and the things I was interested in were super expensive. Everything was awesome just to look at and see though. But what can you expect from a store with rare/​valuable collectibles. I will definitely be back to keep up with their inventory! Recommended for anyone who loves Disney, toys, collectibles, pins.etc.

They are very organised, and had an amazing collection of disney pins, vinylmation, and funky pops. The workers were very friendly and prices were affordable.

Great customer service! We came in at closing time and he still let us stick around for 20 mins to buy some pins! Definitely coming back here again!

The reason I left the poor review was for the customer service. I was not upset that they didn’t buy my pins. He didn’t even take five seconds to look at them. I was more offended by the lack of customer service and that the girl stuffing her face could not even put her sandwich down for two seconds to talk to me.

Awesome selection of Funko Pops and great prices. There’s tons of other collectibles in there but I only come in for the pops. I would come here more often but the customer service is hit or miss (depending on how much $ you spend).

I’ve only been collecting pins since I got my annual pass at Disneyland last August. Being a new collector, I’m constantly finding amazing pins that I’d like to add to my collection someday. My-​D Pins has a huge selection of Disney pins! I found a bunch of pins that I’ve been looking for for cheaper than online/​Ebay. The employees here are nice and helpful. Aside from Disney pins they have a large selection of action figures and Funko Pops! Will definitely be stopping by here more often in the future :)

Every so often, we stray from the restaurant scene and write a review for a place we happen to stumble across. My-​D Pins is one of those places. These guys are AWESOME. Had some stuff we wanted to get rid of. Took it in. Talked turkey for a little… then BAM! Had a no hassle transaction done in less than an hour. You, my friends, are the best!

This is totally the kind of place you can go to to geek out about your favorite collectables. I am a total fan of Disney pins and pin trading and I found a ton of hard to find/​rare/​LE pins here. In my opinion the pins are expensive BUT with this being said I know they have to make a profit and are also knowledgeable about what pins are harder to find than others. I personally cannot pay $ 50 and up for a pin…
Several pin boards with pretty common pins and Hidden Mickey’s… also ask the person working behind the counter to show you their $ 2 traders. It’s a great way to start pin trading without breaking the bank AND the traders are not scrappers.
Good fan boy store and nice alternative option to eBay for the hard to find things.
