Long drive but worth it. At first the guys at the counter didn’t acknowledge us right away but once they waited on us they were very nice. They repaired my drill, no charge. Lots of stuff I wanted so I had to get the heck out of there lol.

This is a service/​repair center for Milwaukee tools. In my mind after purchase service and support is crucial. If it is unprofessional, a hassle and a general bad experience I will decide my future purchases based on that. For example 30 years ago Sears gave me a big hassle on a return of a defective tool.
I have not entered a Sears store since.
I had a Milwaukee M12 rotary tool speed control go bad after 2 years. Since I’m only 8 miles away from the service center I drove over to drop off my tool for repair. Very nice shop with friendly, professional employees. Within seconds of looking at the tool the service representative said it was in warranty and there would be no charge for repair. I didn’t have to show a receipt or any of that BS. Great. He took my name and phone number and said the repair would run two days. Great again.
The next morning, less that 24 hours after I took it in I got a call that it was ready for pickup. Great again. One day service.
Went to pick up the tool and was informed they were providing me a brand new unit. Not a repair. Great again. Then to top it off I was informed that I will get a new warranty with the new unit that starts today. WOW! Can’t beat that.
Very good experience and I am very pleased with the Milwaukee service process and attitude. I have 8 M12 power tools. This is the first time I have had to use the repair service. It was a good experience and I will keep buying Milwaukee tools for their quality and now their service.
