Lunch Box

Make sure to check the expiration dates on whatever you purchase. More then once co workers and I have gone in and seen mold on the muffins and the chips and candy’s are stale. They give you such a hard time if you try to tell them anything. The only way you’ll see us in there now is if we are super starving and in a rush. Other then that, it’s just not worth it. Way too over priced

Ridiculous … Can’t order things a la carte have to pay full price for it all. Dumb!
Food is whatever, will fill you up

Tried their shrimp tempura plate, it was good, lots of shrimp. Comes with salad and rice and dipping sauce. Bought a bottled water with meal. Casual place. Parking in front, take cc with a .50 surcharge. Good for lunch. Typical place u will find near industrial parks. TV in restaurant. Serves sushi and sandwiches too. Paid about $ 11. Came with 10 long shrimps. Not bad for just passing thru and taking a chance.

First of all for a spicy chicken plate with a small drink you charge $ 15 ??? $ 2.50 only because i wanted fried rice instead of steamed rice. They price like a luxurious restaurant but the place is a dump. I can eat at a restaurant and have the food to my table, a nice and clean place for less. I am furious i did spent $ 15 for this on this DUMP

Average at best. First timer here. I got the chicken teriyaki plate. Taste was average. Most likely wont be coming back.

I first heard about this place through my co-​workers. My first time walking in to this place I was surprised by the variety of food they serve. They offer sandwiches, sushi rolls, udon, ramen, breakfast burritos, burgers, beef & chicken meals, and a few other types of food as well. In all honesty this place is delicious in everything they serve but these are MUST HAVE MEALS!!!

All in all if you work in the area this probably the best place to eat lunch! As for the people who say they have to wait a long time for their food, use a bit of your brain and call ahead to put your order in for pick up! RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT COMING HERE!!!

Food takes way too long to get after ordering. Came at lunch time but I was not busy.

Their take-​away menu is seriously out of date. Items are $ 2-​$ 3 more than listed in the menu. For that I can only give it 3 stars.

The sandwiches here are awesome! Try the wheat roll! It’s great!!! Love this place and by far the best sandwiches in the area.

I don’t know why I have never been here before. I driven by like 100 times and never even noticed it. My friend found out about this location on Unilocal and wanted to try it even though there are like 7 reviews.
The Lunch box is located in the industrial area on the border of Anaheim/​Fullerton. They’re closed on the weekends and are opened from 7am to 6pm M-​F. I think this place probably catered to the people that work in the area, hence their hours. They have a sign with their hours, but the writing is so faint its very hard to read, so at least that what I think the sign says. Apparently they also cater. I didn’t see a take out menu anywhere but they had posters advertising different types of platters.
I only been here once and I planned to visit again. During my first visit I ordered the Lunch Box short ribs. It came with a salad, California roll, mixed tempura, rice and short ribs. The food was pretty good. I really liked their tempura sauce, it was tangy, different, but good. I’m not a big fan of tempura because its oily, these weren’t too oily. The short ribs were alright, Not the best I had, but it wasn’t bad either.
My Friend ordered the Terikayi chicken plate. It came with a crap load of chicken, rice, salad and about 5 gyoza. She liked her food and she is a picky eater.
I pointed out to my friend that she had way more meat than I did, but then my plate has a lot of food. About a minute later this man came out with a little plate and gave me extra meat. I was like wow thanks. I didn’t ask for more meat or complained, so that was pretty random.
We also ordered 2 cokes. The bill came out to be about 21 bucks. Its a good deal for all the food we got.

Just went there today for the first time, and the lady there was super nice. They gave me more than I paid for. It’s quick and gooooooooodz

Last two days came here for lunch. Teriyaki is everything you could wish for in teriyaki plus 5 avocado rolls and the beef bowl for 6.35 $ FIRE

Almost a diamond in the rough. Good quick food and cheap. They have breakfast, sandwiches, sushi rolls, rice bowls, and bento boxes. I went for the beef and chicken rice bowl. Very good. A ton of meat! And when I mean ton, it’s a ton. For only $ 6.50, a steal too! I most likely will be back. It’s close to my work and cheap. Doesn’t get much better.

I’ve been going here for over a year on a weekly basis, cant get enough of the #81, (Chicken bowl) although i substitute the chicken for white meat only. The plate itself comes with chicken, steamed rice, veggies and teriyaki sauce. which is always good. They have many other items on their menu, but I can seem to stray away from my 81. I would defiantly recommend giving this place a go, you wont regret it.

Great Food! Huge Portions! My favorite are the Bento Boxes. They make a rally good breakfast burrito too. The place was clean and I didn’t see any roaches… maybe the guy below was just unfortunate.

Good food but I ate there one and seen a huge roach on the floor mever ate here again.
Saw a roach here once never ate again
