Lloyds service team is extremely professional and courteous. Very pleased. Carlos was our technician and his customer service skills and professionalism were practiced from the time he called to say when he would arrive at our home (HE WAS SPOT ON the time he said he would arrive) until the time he left. Carlos was knowledgeable and respectful throughout the time he was treating our home for ants. In this day and age we’re grateful to find a company where a prideful work ethic is practiced. Your supervisor Carlos really cares about your customers experience. Thank You Lloyds for first rate customer service! Alas Ants are gone too!

I am an apartment Manager for 2 complexes. We were having some major roach issues and tried a few companies over the years. We then tried Lloyds and have been contracted with them for 2 years. All of the apartments remain roach free. They come out once a month to spray the outside of the apartments. And the Customer Service is great no matter who I deal with. I love that it was so easy to sign up. Also, I didn’t have to wait but 2 days for an appointment. They came right on time. The service guy didn’t offer anything about the kinda stuff he was spraying or why, but my husband asked him and he explained. Their prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend.
