I was looking for an affordable implant alternative for my lower and upper dentures in my arae instead of travelling to Mexico and i found Dr. Nguyen after searching on internet for a long time. Dr. Nguyen and his crew are very professional and friendly. They did an amazing and high quality job within 3 months for my lower mini implants which was one of the options they offered. The reason I picked the mini implants was the faster healing process and less surgery. I feel like they are my natural teeth now. I will go back to them for my uppers very soon. I highly recommend them. No need to travel to Mexico for lower prices.

The front office representatives are unprofessional. Worst dental reception I have ever experienced. I was mislead and misinformed about my dental appointment. After arriving ten minutes early to see the orthodontist I waited one hour and five minutes just to hear that the orthodontist was not in the office.

Much improved now that Dr. Nguyen has taken over the practice.

I’ve had crowns, bridges and partials starting at 12 years old. I am a professional business woman and my appearance is important but mostly, how I feel about myself is even more important.
After having exceeded the estimated 10 year life on my last lower bridge and partial, I finally was looking at having to remove the remaining 3-​teeth and getting a full bottom denture. I knew I would want implant supported dentures, but 14 years ago, implants were still around $ 6,000 each, completely out of my budget. As an adult, I have put enough money into this mouth to have paid cash for a nice vacation spot in, let’s say, Maui! Logically I simply knew there must be better options, implants cannot only be for the wealthy.
I did my due diligence, checked out hundreds of websites, read through many blogs, and went to 3 consultations. I chose Dr. Zhang because of 1) the vast amount of information on their website, 2) the cost disclosures, and 3) their mission.
I started the process in October 2014 and finished in May 2015. Longer than anticipated but this was from my side as the entire holiday season was booked.
Their offices are nothing to write home about, but they do have start of the art equipment. I choose quality of work capabilities over pretty furnishings any day of the week.
Dr. Huynh, exceeded all my expectations. I never felt pain, the healing process was always exactly as explained, and every step was discussed and explained to my satisfaction. He is kind, considerate, and invested.
The financial side of things couldn’t have gone better. I was provided 3 options, chose option
#3 although it was the most expensive, ended and paying less than quoted. I was never asked to pay for more than was done that day
I was provided my final implant supported denture this week and I am beyond thrilled. Still a bit of adjustment needed, but my teeth feel strong, secure, and are absolutely beautiful!
I’m going to take some time to just live, but am planning to get an upper implant supported denture next year. There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Huynh will do the work for me.
I highly recommend this office, you will not be sorry.

Don’t go here. .horrible service. When you overpay and send repeated emails for refund they ignore. I will be reporting to CA medical board and taking to small claims. New dentist was appalled at the treatment I received. Don’t go. filthy place as well.

This is a shady operation as far as the billing goes. I went in trying to pay cash for $ 1299 complete implant. I let them know I had insurance and was told I could have 6 month upper braces and my implant for $ 400 out of pocket if I used my $ 2000 in benefits.
My braces were not approved and when I started contacting the office to ask if my benefits would be used no one would return my calls or emails. I spoke with Melissa 3 times and Natalie 4 times as well as sending 3 emails. None were responded to obviously they have a medical billing scam. Eventually I had to go down in person and make a scene to get the abutment I paid for put on. When I scheduled the last part of the crown they refused to install it unless I paid $ 699. This means they are demanding the full cash price we had initially agreed on for the implant even though they pocketed a big check from my insurance.

Had My Very First Appointment today at 9am. Paperwork was minimal, very nice lady dentist assistant… Great imaging machine for xrays you Just stand and the machine Goes around your Head, no inserting plastic gagging things !! Left with a complete estimate of the cost of my dental needs .very caring. Glad I Found this Dentist Office!

paid for top of line, four implants impression for frame. frame to big long and wide remade twice, but not frame. final all teeth slanted in to meet lower teeth, some teeth almost laying side ways, color not what I asked for, was there twice, all day am very dissatified

Dr Zhang has a relatively simple looking office, but he’s doing amazing work.
I’ve had a broken tooth that I’ve had to deal with for decades and finally needed an implant. I was quoted from $ 5k to $ 10k for one tooth!
I found Dr Zhang trying to find lower cost solutions. He took a CT and showed me on 3D images what we needed to do with all the latest technology. His cost was half the lowest quotes I had.
When he started the procedure, he discovered that my tooth was strong to actually keep. He put an implant rod in the tooth and with other latest technology, took a scanned impression and the new crown was done in a few hours.
He gave me a credit for the temporary was did the weekend before and the total cost was half his own low cost. Amazing!

Did a great job on fixing a tooth two other dentists said it needed an implant. Great guy and staff too!

From the moment I walked into Dr. Zhang’s dental office I felt right at home. Dr. Zhang has such a great bedside manner. He is very caring and compassionate and gives you options on what can be done in regards to a dental treatment. He’s non judgmental and only wants to help his patients walk out with a beautiful smile. I had my treatment plan and the costs associated with it before I left which is unheard of. I knew exactly how much I was going to have to pay for each of the three different options given to me. The office has state of the art equipment too. He is also an EPO on my insurance (Principal Dental) and my insurance paid out almost 80% of my costs because of it!
The staff is also phenomenal! The gentleman who does the casting/​dental lab crown work is a master of his trade and is very precise and wants only the best results. He explained everything to me and why he was doing it and I couldn’t have been happier having him do my castings. The girls working in the office were very caring, attentive and work hard to get things done around there. I do believe they need a bit more communication though as a few key people doing my work where not aware I was coming in that day so it was slightly rushed.
I am so glad I did my research and chose Dr. Zhang. He is a great dentist and his staff is awesome as well. He is usually booked up so make sure you make an appointment well in advance.
