HYLO Events

I found HYLO through Craigslist, and booked their videography, DJ and MC services. Ryan, Jason and Carlo were all extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They guided us through our wedding, and gave us some pointers too because this was uncharted territory for me and my husband.
Our special day was captured perfectly with HYLO. The music was spot-​on. I was so wishy-​washy about how I wanted the music to be, but Ryan really made some great suggestions and the music was perfect. Our final movie reel of the day was beautiful. I loved that we got a little teaser video, and it was so awesome. Our reception felt like a blur, but a very easy not-​freaking-​out-​at-​everything kind of a blur because Carlo was there to help the chain of events along the reception.
We really enjoyed their services, they’re a great value — I’d recommend them to anyone with an event coming up!

I was referred to HYLO Events by a friend, and hired them to dj my sister’s wedding. I have to say, all the guests (and I mean everyone… from 2 yr olds tearing up the dance floor to the 80 year old grandparents!)…everyone enjoyed the music that HYLO played. We didn’t give them an exact play list but just told them the type of music we enjoy. They had a wide variety of music from jazz, 80’s, hip hop, to top 40! Ryan was the emcee, and he was extremely professional and engaging, and knows how to get the crowd going. Everything from set up to tear down, was done without a fault and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
They were extremely easy to work with since the first email exchange to the first phone conversation. They brought microphones, lights, speakers and provided everything we needed during the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception. Thank you for making my sister’s wedding night a night to remember! You guys truly deserve five stars all the way!
