Haydon Bros Automotive

I just brought my 2003 Porsche 996 turbo in to Haydon Bros Automotive for maintenance and inspection. I was referred to them by the previous owner of the vehicle. Doug assisted me and did an absolutely fantastic job. I am very impressed with the quality of work and character of the owners of this company. First, I received a quick quote based on my needs (fluid changes, inspection, replacing the window regulator in the passenger side door, etc.). The prices were incredibly fair and a heck of a lot cheaper than the dealership. Doug even gave me a ride home (I live 5 minutes away) after I dropped my car off. The service was done on time, my car was kept in perfect condition and the final payment amount was exactly what Doug said it was going to be (no surprises). This is the kind of company I like doing business with.

Took my wife’s 2012 Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid in for its 2 year service. What struck me at first was the absolute spotlessness of the shop. You literally could have eaten your dinner off the floors, they were so clean. Doug at Hayden couldn’t have been more professional and the service couldn’t have been more complete. Saved over 75% compared to the cost three local Porsche dealers quoted me for the same service. Business is family owned and operated. Will definitely be going back!

We recently brought our 5 series BMW here for a suspension repair which was not covered under warranty. Doug was able to thoroughly go through the car and pinpoint the problem and also confirmed the brakes needed service as well. Doing both here ended up being less than what the dealer was charging for just the suspension work.
More importantly, he also offered advice on why the tires I was thinking of putting on the car would not be ideal as they would have diminished the ride quality and likely wear out much faster than the OEM tire. The car drives perfectly now and I couldn’t be happier. They also washed the car for us and the work was done on time.
Doug and his brother also took the time to provide guidance on my Porsche search and I’ll certainly be bringing it here for service when that day comes. The shop area was spotless and filled with all Porsches and a GL Mercedes, which is another testament to the quality work they do.

Took our Cayenne in to have the rear hatch worked on. I was impressed by their honesty. I recently moved to the area and did not want to drive far to take car in. I will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

Doug and his team are the best. Used them to take a look at a 2004 911 carerra 4S I ended up buying. Very reasonable to do a full overview of the car and got into details like the depth of the paint on the car! Very professional and accommodating and set up my inspection in less than 24 hours so I could close the deal. Incredibly knowledgeable. I called these guys about 3 or 4 times before I even bought a car just to chat them up, get some education and they were great. Would highly recommend these guys for anything to do with your Porsche!
