Regret coming here for a dental implant. Dont be fooled by the $ 1200 special you get what you pay for luckily i purchased this through groupon which was my best decision will tell later. First off they speak little to no english so you cannot communicate your concerns, his receptionist blames you for everything and admits no fault or wrongdoing .
As far as the implant procedure, the implant was placed off center so when the abutement and crown were fitted the impalnt was not symmetrical to the other teeth, it appeared crooked. After 1 day the crown fell out, then i came back in for a recement. I mentioned to dr kim that the crown didnt look new and it appeared dirty or used so he agreed to reorder me another crown. When the new crown came he installed it then After 1 week the abutement fell out with the crown.
I gave up and contacted groupon for a refund and they honored it and credited me back in full. Went to a implant specialist who found the abutement screw stripped this is why it fell out, he reinstalled it with a new screw and no problems since he says the only way to correct the crooked issue is to purchase a new crown with a custom abutement
