I’ve owned a Live Work loft at Harbor Lofts for five years and enjoyed living here and have not experienced many issues. Since it’s a new building the residents continue to work to make the place better both physically and community. The Downtown Anaheim district continues to become ever more interesting a destination location which has helped with property values and a safer neighborhood. One mile from Disneyland, two miles to Downtown Fullerton and a short walk to the Anaheim Packing House.

I recently moved to Harbor loft. And I was very worried about the HOA after reading the reviews here. But we have new HOA and they are very supportive, professional, quick response, and solves problem quickly. Thanks to Stephanie and Christine =) The building is always clean. I’ve seen a lot of dogs, however, never heard them barking. The parking is tandem parking. It’s hard to find side by side parking these days. Anyway, I don’t have any issues with parking either. There are restaurants and bars nearby, farmer’s market every Thursday, packing house is a walkable distance… So far, I am super happy with Harbor Loft.

I love living at the Harbor Lofts. I’ve been an owner here for 7 years, and have had very few problems. Everyone is super friendly and just like any small community, you get what you put in! We’re a tight group of people and always try to work together to make the most out of our community! Living next to all the fun shops and the Packing House are a bonus too!

This place has potential if it wasn’t for the stupid high HOA fees. Talking about $ 320-$ 350 or so depending on the sq footage of your unit I believe. They also have a good area of underground parking that is not covered, why? Lol cover it up ! People parked in those spots still have to deal with sun on their nice cars all day long and the occasional rain. The units themselves look nice and are very modern for sure. High ceilings, granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, stained concrete floor, etc. If they were to work on lowering their HOA fee and parking scenario it would be awesome. Either way. I’m sure some people won’t mind the drawbacks. Anaheim is coming up.

Whatever you do, do not rent or buy in this building. This building is the perfect storm. useless and flat out rude HOA management, barking dogs, annoying neighbors, and terrible parking. I almost don’t know where to begin. so we’ll start with the HOA. My wife and I moved into the building 6 months ago and were told that our name would be added to the front call box so that we could buzz visitors and delivery personnel in to the building. 6 months later, and several rude emails back from the HOA, we STILL do not have our names on the building. And now, the call box isn’t functioning at all so we can not receive any packages from Fedex, USP etc because they can no longer get into the building. The Management Trust(ironic that you can not trust them to manage anything?) responds with one sentence emails and«to whom it may concern» blasts when they do respond but usually they simply ignore the emails or shoot off a canned response with zero follow up. The issue is now with the better business bureau so hopefully they can get a response out of them. Let’s also talk a bit about the neighbors. Not only do they not acknowledge you in the halls when you say hello, but they also leave trash in the trash room just inches from the chute, take their dogs right outside the front door to go to the bathroom thereby making the front entrance constantly smell like dog poop and urine, leave baby strollers and trash bags sitting outside of their front doors, and complain that you are being too loud when you are moving in. Welcome to the building neighbor! One of our neighbors also has a dog that barks NON-STOP whenever they are gone. The HOA can not do anything about it(big shocker) so we’re stuck listening to the little nuisance every night. Do yourself a favor. when looking for a new home, go ahead and skip the Harbor Lofts.

Visited my cousin, since they newly moved here. The complex is clean, looks new, and super quiet. Also location is pretty nice, it’s surrounded by restaurants, and tons of things to do on your free Tim :)
